My Very First TOOL show. made me cry several times. They played every single one of my favorites. it was so special, it was like that setlist was hand crafted for me. Stinkfist, Pushit, the Patient, Pnuema.

His voice, and how well they still work with each other is just magic. Maynard is such a presence even when he hides himself back like that.

My first Tool show was 1998 in New Orleans at UNO. They did Pushit" and it was epic af.

I can't believe I got to see this live. Best concert of all time!

In 2001 I drove from kingston ok to Seattle Washington to see tool back to back nights at the paramount theater. Headed out with no tickets. Best two shows ever. Awesome experience. To be young.

I'm 16 yo and got into TOOL last year. Gotta say it's my favorite band now and I wish I get to see them while they still performing. TOOL and Rage Against The Machine are my favorite bands and I already listened to all of their albums.

If you love TOOL, you should check out the bands Wheel, Soen, and The Ocean. You can hear the TOOL influence in each of them and you won't be disappointed.

I wasn't able to go this year but I seen them last year. So much better when its not a festival and its just them playing in a venue. probably 15 songs songs to 4 or 5 comparison. They never disappoint though.

I agree I won’t go see tool at festivals . Only if they are headlining a venue . Seems to be a better show and longer performance for sure 🤘😎🤘. I have a thing against Rockville since it left Jacksonville I won’t go anymore because of unpredictable weather and how much it costs to possibly miss my favorite bands . Hopefully I can catch tool on next tour at a venue inside .

I read your comment so I have to tell the story. I was 12 in 1999, asked my brother for 3 good records. He gave me the first Slipknot, the first Pantera, and Opiate from Tool. Needless to say Tool has been my favorite band since then, I'm 36 now lol

oh man that sizzling hi-hat can be heard so well. Even those bell strikes. That hi-hat pattern during the first verses is soooooooo good. This song incorporates all of what TOOL is about. The heavy stuff, the soft trippy stuff, and the build into an explosive finish. Epic.

@@gmorakis777 that makes sense. It sounded like they were having sound issues during a pneuma video I watched. Maybe they were having issues the whole time and that's why they cut the set short.

The “make out with a stranger with consent” part of this song was cooler back in the day before cell phones.

Tool is one of the greatest. Hopefully they'll play some small venues.....with affordable ticket prices.
