The same with me brother until i have mental blocked and unable to utter a single word, all because am too afraid to face ALLAH. Death come without having appointment.

People who are fearing they might forget the rules and/or mess up, read the Al-QUR'AN in color coded Mus'haf, in that way you won't forget or misspell the words and remember the tajweed, In Sha ALLAH...

Some PPL say that ull get used to colour coded tajweed rules and will find it difficult to read a plain Qur'an. Did it happen to u?

​@@mizbaherbalproducts I much prefer colour coded, but I can also read normally perfectly fine. Probably because a) I am familiar with all the tajweed rules , and b) I also learn normal Arabic in the sense that I have done worksheets and stuff like that, in black and white So basically just get used to reading the Qur'an, as it's more or less intuitive in a sense, and get used to reading Arabic in other ways so you don't associate colour with Arabic words or something

Jazak Allahu khairan! As a native English speaker, I would highly recommend that anyone desiring to learn tajweed seek out the services of a qualified tajweed teacher. Many times you will find one at your local Masjid. Or, ask the Imam. He should be prepared to direct you to someone who can help you. Never try to teach yourself Tajweed because you will commit all types of errors to memory that will be hard to erase later. Take it from one who knows! May Allah (swt) bless you (and me) in the quest for beneficial knowledge. Ameen.

Salaam brother, Although learning Tajweed from a qualified teacher is the best way to do it this is not always an option for everyone. I have been to my local mosque and even to all the ones in the nearest cities and they do not offer Tajweed classes for sisters. Alhumdullilah there is many classes available for brothers but for sisters they do not accommodate. Tajweed should be encouraged for both brothers and sisters. Until it is many of us sisters have to refer to these online youtube courses out of necessity to try to improve inshallah.

This video represents a good strategy to learn to read the holy Qur'an step by step. Keep it up because I am definitely am learning a lot from you. Jazaka Allahu khair!

I have been searching for a way to understand Arabic better and to learn the Quran properly. Your channel has helped me out a lot! May Allah reward you and everyone who has helped to bring this out, immensely.

I think combining that with listening will also be good. I used to listen to Surah Alkahf in my car. One day I realized that I have it all. At first, I could only recite it exactly as the reciter did. later, I managed to do my own. It helped me a lot with the difficulty of falling asleep.

Wonderful solution. I could not learn tajweed for long time but tried to learn several methods from different channels. InShallah, I can learn tajweed fast here.

1:04 as a revert, im like this whenever I join madrasah online or someone teach me. They normally bombard you and I cant keep up (but still may Allah grant them all good things in this life and hereafter for sharing their knowledge). Still a good thing I found this channel as I need to learn it little by little.

Excellent way to teach. Learning one rule and mastering it before moving to next rule is a great idea. Listening to your favorite reciter that small ayah repeatedly and recite after the reciter will keep you confident of learning. JazakAllahu khair

I would also advice to use a color coded tajweed app where you can listen to a qari. You can set to repeat an ayah or a a couple of ayahs repeatedly. When you listen to 1 specific qari over and over again you'll pick it up quicker and also you won't give up easily compared to if you have to just read by yourself alone. Also by listening you can learn pronounciations better

I take Quran classes once a week with other ladies, some ladies are very good at reading with Tajweed but since I don't know the tajweed rules that well, i struggle with my reading and i feel like the Ustaada is telling me to correct the same mistakes. She is very patient Masha Allah but i was feeling pretty discouraged and missed a few classes because i felt i was not good enough. My husband suggested to search on you tube for videos on tajweed rules and thats how i came across your videos! Alhumdulillah your videos are really good and I have started with the natural madd video and will progress from there In Sha Allah. Arabic is not my first language but I will try and learn the tajweed rules and read the Quran properly and also teach my daughter as well.

MashaAllah your explanation is very good and encourage people who are interested in reciting Quran properly to start and actually I recommend for all of them to also listen to excellent Shaikh like Shikh Alhosary to learn how can they pronounce every rule and every letter properly because actually Quran was revealed upon Prophet Muhammad PBUH by listening. There are some position in Quran not applying regarding rules however reasons of rules are applied
