As a revert, I learned so many surahs just by listening to Sheikh Mishary Al Afasy MashaAllah. This was before I knew the formal rules of tajweed etc. May Allah swt reward him ameen.

I personally love Sheikh Khalifa At Tunaiji recitations, he has a clear, natural voice and precise tajweed. He’s a student of Ibrahim Al Akhdar, and his recitation is beautiful without too much exaggeration

Abdallah Basfar was my father's teacher. Unfortunately the government of Saudi Arabia put him in prison. And his sentence if I'm not mistaken is 12years. Reason they say is because he led jamat prayer in hagiah Sofia mosque in Turkey in 2014 if I'm not mistaken when Saudi and Turkey relation were in tension

This is the one of the best KZread channels, if at all is not the best.

I love the recitation, i hear and i read to make sure i hear the right pronunciation. Alhamdulillah it is easier for me to memorize and follow along while driving. But i pray i could understand and remember the meaning too. I pray that Allah grant all the reciters the highest level in jannah for bringing me closer to Al-Quran

I listen to Abdur Rashid sufi. Very clear, simple and stops at places this channel recommended. Allahu a'lam.

Sheikh dr. Ali ibn Abdur-Rahman al Hudhaify. I think he is very precise and accurate un tajweed, despite not having a "beautiful" voice generally speaking. But I like him too much (mashaa Allah) and his recitations are very helpful for me to study Qor'an by listening.

Hudaify's recitation is used in most Tajweed lessons in Saudi Arabia, because he is one of the best examples to learn from Allahuma barik lahu. I grew up on Hudaify and he is one of my all time favourite reciters. My other favourite reciter as of recent, is Haitham Al Dakhin.

I think you should cover one day at least a couple videos about ibdāl, tas·hīl and naql, especially for those who want to study qirā'at Nāfiʻ, just like myself, and also because you've mentioned on one of your videos the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ possibly spoke with ibdāl, tas·hīl and naql (like most of Banī Quraysh). As salam aleykoum, I would recommend Sheikh Basfar. His recitation goes straight to the point, I can clearly distinguish tajweed rules being applied when I listen to him, he does not exaggerate and he has a beautiful voice. Very very good for people learning tajweed.

Absoluty mind blown with the clip at 5:45!!! i heard a hadith where it said (maybe not hadith) something like a sign of day of judgement or times of the end is that people will be singing the quran instead of reading and with music and stuff... something like that. Astagfirullah, I cant remember it.

I went through a lot of reciters before I found Sheikh al-Dossary. I tried slow Egyptians, popular imams from the Gulf, Mishary, people like Islam Sobhi, Raad Al Kurdi and Haithm alDokhin but I kept coming back to Sheikh al-Dossary as I feel it’s easy for me to memorise with his recordings. I have taken note of point number 1 you made in this video as I am susceptible to this once in a blue moon.

I totally agree, yasser al dossary is my favourite at the time being and i have memorized approximately 1.5-2 juz with him.

Sheikh yasser al dosari May Allah bless him is one of the best reciters I recommend anyone to listen to him if you want to contemplate on the words

Personally, I won't ever get bored by this channel....always something useful to learn. As for reciters are concerned, I think that most of those reciters can be listened for the sake of listening because most of them recite very quickly. However, if your goal is to learn, I would recommend both Sheikh Al-Huthaifi and Shaikh Mohammed Ayoub: slow pace, no voice effects, etc.

May Allah reward you for this educational video. I would like to mention some of the sheikhs who are excellent in tajweed, including Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Akhdar and Sheikh Ali Al-Hudhaifi. There is also a website specialized in the science of Qeraat, called noon (nquran).

Really Surprised that nobody Emotionen Maher al Muaiqly..he is sooo nice to hear I can recommend you guys especially sura ar zukhruf ( the version without the video, not the Makkah Background)

Thank you for bringing this to attention, I will be windfull of who I use to learn recitation so that I don’t take from their mistakes inshallah.

JazakAllah for putting this out. I have noticed this happening quiet often. People need to be educated.

This is a well put video graphically and information wise may Allah reward the creator excellent content clear and to the point with great examples of do's and don'ts!

Alhamdulilah that Mishary's recitation are mostly accurate i love his voice so much he is one of my favourite along Sheikh Ali Jaber and Sheik Mohammed Ayyub(may allah grant them jannah)

Alhamdulillah. Remember, the purpose of this video is not to blame some reciters or being smarter than them. Yet, the purpose is to push to increase our skill of tajweed before we listen and imitate their recitation. Basically we are a human being that can make a mistake. SubhanaAllah.

@@alhaq1660 I've just heard Omar Hisyam Arabi, based on the lesson from video above it can not be imitate. Because Omar is singing rather than recite the Qur'an.

I Mimic Noureen Muhammad, what I would do differently is recite in rewayah Hafs instead of Warsh.
