    That old man is a baker renowned for his bread and a professor at one of the top culinary schools in the U.S.. When I hear them talking this way, I hear passion, but that's just me.

    Prosciutto crudo has nothing to do with cooking it on the pizza, just means that it is fresh-raw prosciutto. Cotto, is cooked (baked) ham. When you order a prosciutto pizza in Italy, you have to ask them to add it after cooking...otherwise it is assumed that you want it cooked and crunchy on your pizza

    New Haven/ New York ," New Yorker" pie @ Pizza Rock, DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS... owned by Tony Gemigniani in Vegas.... WOW!!!! what a pizza!!!! Best NY pie in town..... eat some pie and then go 200 feet down the street to check-out the MOB MUSEUM!!!

    Wrong on the prosciutto, many italians prefer it cooked and crunchy, others prefer it added after cooking

    He is trying to impress Tony the multi world champion pizza maker that he is has knowledge of making a good pizza.I think Tony was more annoyed than impressed.He looks like he couldn't wait for it to be over .otherwise he may end up giving away all his secrets .Tony is like let me sneak on these tomatoes since he is looking at the camera.Host is like hey what tomatoes are that.Grape tomatoes😐🙄

    Just because your Italian doesn't mean you know pizza. This guy has won more world championships in pizza than anyone from Italy and or the world. I think he knows more than you do.
