    Hello BOT, I was wondering how often you should train arms and legs in the weight room to build strength for badminton. Is it ok to do arms everyday or is it better to have days only focusing on arms and other days only on legs?

    Legs, agility, and core is more important than arms. you can probably do a Routine of Arms, legs, cardio cycles with 1-2 rest days to improve your physical strength. Legs should definitely take priority since speed > Power in badminton. You can use your arm days to work on forearm and shoulders but leg + core days should be your tougher days for sure. Source: Personal experience, I had a much easier time moving around and getting to the shuttle to set up for my shots after I started working out my legs more often. And also, it is just a good gym practice to workout with a schedule of different days for different muscle groups. Push Pull legs is a good schedule that can promote your general fitness.
