    VERY helpful. I teach younger kids and have searched for ways to help their timing and swing. The relaxed grip, stable elbow, then pull, push idea is very useful and I like the way you build from small, relaxed swing, to hand squeeze, to bigger swing. Kids often try too hard, when really it is the timing, rather than effort which is the issue. Thanks for posting!

  • @BadmintonOvertime

    @BadmintonOvertime

    Salam Jacky Lim. Pegangan grip untuk backhand clear, smash dan silang itu sama semua. Bedanya cuman saat kontak dengan shuttlecock, kalo smash harus agak genggam kencang (squeeze) grip-nya. Arah silang itu di atur dari kepala racket.
