Tony is the man!!!! I have his book he wrote with his wife; I respect him bc (he’s my age), and we have YEARS of disfunction to get healing with. He gives you a REAL GROWN MAN perspective(he also refers to some guys as “Grown Boys vs. “Grown Man”). A lot of these toxic dudes are “grown boys.”

“A guy may not leave a woman he loves, but he WILL cheat on a woman he loves.” But a guy will NEVER cheat on a woman he RESPECTS! One of my greatest needs is LOYALTY. Either he is willing and able to give me that, or I WALK AWAY. It’s as simple as that. My boyfriend understands that, and that’s why I know he’s never cheated and neither have I. We have too much RESPECT for each other.

In fact, my relationship ended amicably but it's the reason it ended that bothered me. There was really no good reason except that I WAS NOT toxic and he was just not used to the goody two shoe relationship that I was offering him. I know my worth but I was just too trusting, too honest and too kind hearted. Incidentally, I was talking to my ex today, for the first time in months (we live together) and he got off topic trying to tell me that he has stuff in his life that he is trying to take care of. I politely told him, "I am not trying to talk about your life, what goes in in your life is not important to me. I am trying to talk to you about... Needless to say, he was taken aback. Had I not watched Alex and some of the other coaches, I would have responded to him with, "I am sorry about what you're going through..." Thanks to Alex, I can act like I don't give a fuck even if I do. The thing here is that you can learn from anyone. I am not going to become a bitch and develop unhealthy relationship practices but my eyes are now open to the games people play so I know how to respond to them and I am more resilient. Btw, you do not have to be toxic to attract toxic people. Don't buy into that. Ever seen some good women with some horribly toxic men and vice versa? I'm sure you have.

I had an ex who kept coming back and forth but I think he just wanted sex. I fell the first time and slept with him but never again after that. I kept hoping for him to want more. Unfortunately it took me a long time to realize that wasn't going to happen. I finally deleted his number, ignored him and haven't looked back. It took a lot of self help to get to where I am now. I will never go back to him even if he finally decided to change.

That's why I don't go back to deal with a man after he has left. He will never again have access to my body n I made it 100% obvious so he wasn't bothered to try. His ex before me, he keeps interacting with her even while dating someone new (just like he did with me) n I suppose they smash or whatever. It’s a southern thing 😂😂I never know how slow I talk until I’m recording my self talking on my IG videos giving instructions😩 I had a HS teacher from Chicago and she use to tell us she wished she could pull our sentences out of us when we asked questions😂

After being in relationship with my husband for years, he broke up with me. I did everything within my reach to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so badly because of the love I had for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused. I don't believe you need to heal as much as you expressed. You do teach the negative on how to get the negative. But you also teach others about what to look for in something they wouldn't want. We live in cruel times, so we gotta be toxic and be evil. In our grandparents time they were more sacrificing, real, compromising, loving and had better morals and integrity. The times were different, so the love was different. We have to play according to how the reality is these days. And the truth is, we can't afford to be all that nice. Well, I guess you could, but then pay a costly price for it.
