Collagen + other supplements and blood flow training/therapies. What he has done takes insane amounts of willpower and is by no means easy, but it is achievable.

Recovery is extremely fast if people are fit, just look at john Cena's recovery times the guy is an animal.

BathingWookie sadly I disagree. I don’t think Dana would ever feed Conor to Tony and Conor himself has said that he isn’t too intrigued by that matchup and the numbers it would pull. Win or lose I’d imagine that Conor is fighting Diaz next. Although if Conor wins and Diaz loses to Poirier that’s a tough sell.

To be moving like this 5 months after a full knee ligament tear is just awe inspiring. He was posting him break dancing 3 months out of surgery as well. That is ridiculous.
