Tonio's Spaghetti alla Puttanesca | Okuyasu's Meal from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Welcome to part 2 of the video series! This week we're making the primo piatto: Spaghetti alla Puttanesca.

Recipe
Spaghetti
1 cup cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
3 anchovy fillets
2 tsp harissa paste
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
Parsley
Pepper
3 tbsp black olives
Cook pasta
Cut tomatoes, mince garlic, mince anchovies
Fry garlic, anchovies, and harissa paste in hot oil
Add cherry tomatoes and crushed tomatoes, olives, pepper and parsley
Let simmer
Toss with drained pasta
Top with shredded cheese

Tonio makes the dish sound a lot more advanced than it is, lol. It looks like something I could actually pull off! If you take requests, I'd like to see Nikaido's gyoza from Dorohedoro! The manga and anime really hype it up

@@arethaeats If you want to look at the manga, she goes over her recipe in a bonus chapter between chapters 30 and 31 (so end of volume 5 I think?) And it might also be in an episode of the anime on netflix, I forget. I do know that the whole opening sequence shows her making it, and it always looks so good in the show lol. Another fun fact, the main character Kaiman has the same VA as Okuyasu!

Nice recipe! But next time I suggest you to prepare the sauce first and cook the pasta in the meantime, so as soon as it is ready you can add it to the sauce ^^
