As I'm eating store-bought gyoza, I was looking for a Dorohedoro recipe. Out of all the ones I've seen, yours is the most accurate, with whole shiso leaf and crimped edges. Great video, thank you!

Dorohedoro is criminally underrated and it’s animated by Mappa the same company that animated Jujutsu kaisen,Banana fish,god of Highschool,and the final season of attack on Titan now they are currently working on Chainsaw man

I never thought of using a starch to enhance the crispiness on the bottom of my gyoza before, i will defiantly try this out!

Gyoza fairy is pleased! I’ve been wanting to try this gyoza since I saw the show. Make sure you eat them while they’re piping hot or face divine punishment!!!!!! Gyoza-za-za-za-za

I totally forgot that oba gyoza is an original recipe from the story. I was babbling about me wanting to try them out in some restaurants where I live for so long that I feel kinda heart-broken now that I learned the truth...

Glad to see my suggestion brought into reality! This looks amazing, I've never made gyoza before, but I might have to try it. Tonio's spaghetti is now something I regularly cook, thanks largely to channels like this! The mangaka who made Dorohedoro has a new series out called Dai Dark, and it's only got a few volumes out in English now, but its main character ALSO has a trademark favorite food: Meapswiches (basically meatball spaghetti sandwiches). I love how food plays such a big role in her stories lol
