Tongue Drum Chakra Balancing- 2 Methods
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video, I share 2 methods for how I've been using my tongue drums to do chakra balancing and energy clearings. The first method is based on the following note correlation where you start with C for the Root chakra and then go up the scale from there. So C=Root, D=Sacral, E=Solar Plexus, F=Heart, G=Throat, A=Third Eye, B=Crown. If you don't have all of these notes on your tongue drum the second method (starting at 5:22) shows how you can do this with any scale. These methods can be adapted as needed, so feel free to add in your own intuition and creativity to this exercise.

Hello vaheguru I speak Sanskrit protected tribe of kalbeliya in India. My understanding is the western music style misinterpreted the bagavaghita Or the entirety of society prior. Ba Is the bass clef. Chanting from z to y to x Creates the actual physical zaaaa Zuuu Zīīī Pause. Then you get balance Any Indian classical instrument prior to ba ga vi ta Will be played in 2/3 time with 30 milliseconds for pitches from 0.01 to 1 in the note efgab This is the proper way to achieve the electricity off the polarity of kundalini. If you have questions please ask. I wish to help westerns to not further perpetuate confusing therory. Sanskrit is music staff and incredibly intuitive. Please look at a piano with the white and black keys. Now look at 8 Or ६ These got read from left to right by richer noble persons in the early 5-2 century before Christ So this is actually just a depiction of the bass Your grown chakra is never going to be C. Ever. Each seven within root to crown is always the note G that is played in a augmented 8th please understand. You shall find such better release shortly and Of course the transliteration error happened 4,000 years back. There’s not much left of my tribe. Try it. See what happens if you engage 360 rotation from 90 degree intervals and Minutes of angel being 30 to 60 to 90 mmm Zahagara Is the actual first primordial movement. Then comes vibration. Then enough vibration comes sound. But the movement is first so anything you’ve done so far is just off. Every single one is only a g augmented chord G Om is Aaaa Uuuuu iiiiiii And the opening of Mahābhārata shakti
Really nice! Mine has 8 notes but it's written with numbers. How can I associate the numbers with the letters notes to have the same results for chakra balancing ?

Thanks so much for your videos! What kind of mic do you use for the drum?
Beautiful! But how the letter correlate to the numbers that I have on my drum? I am new and no idea if my drum is tuned D major? Thank you.
how can I find out what notes are on my Kosmosky tongue drum, please? Mine has two sides; B major and D#minor. Thank you for your videos. I want to take your courses. Where can I find them?

Hi Maureen. Here is the link to my tongue drum courses: rootrhythm.thinkific.com/collections Did your Kosmosky drum come with the printed diagram of all the notes? That is a great reference tool to see what notes you are playing. Otherwise, you can download any tuner app on your phone and play the notes in the app and it will tell you which note is which.
Is it A is 1 n D is 2
Mine has numbers. What would C be?

Mine also. Should I go in consecutive order? 1-7? Mine has a total of 14 (7 are flats and 7 are sharp)
How can you even see where those notes are? 🤔

Since your notes are labeled by number I would suggest referencing them by lowest to highest pitched sound (even if that doesn't follow the exact numerical order). Then choose your lowest note for the root chakra and highest note for the crown chakra. Let me know if that helps with how you are approaching this method! Thanks!
Hi! It is not shakra it is chakra
Funny words 😂
Chakra should.be pronounced as "chuckraw", not shockraw.
The placebo effect at its finest. Also, to insinuate that you can play a C-major scale with F-sharp and C-sharp is ridiculous. Instead, it's a D-major scale starting on the 7th, which sounds completely different. If you're going to use a beautiful instrument like the tongue drum for this nonsense then at least learn how to play it.
Um.. it’s pronounced CHAkra. not Shakra 💗🙏
