In this video we will go trough all IFSC Bouldering World Cup Finals of the all around climber Tomoa Narasaki.
For a lot of people, Tomoa is considered the best competition climber out there, and it is always the favourite wherever he goes. He is also someone to look closely in the next Olympic Games Paris 2024
His stepped in almost every podium of the bouldering circuit and also in the combined. His overall score this 2022 was 3405 points and a silver medal.

Wait, wasn't Janja the best competition climber in the history of this sport if one looks at the numbers...? I thought I've heard this in several IFSC broadcasts.

@@jamesalvarez849 she came second in two sport world cups, as far as i know she's won every other one she ever competed in. shes still the best, but after her year away from competing she doesnt completely dominate quite ike she used to

Can we stop this stupid men vs women comparison now? If they climb on the same boulders, Tomoa will beat Janja all day everyday, however Janja wins more when you count medals. Here is the deal: they simply can't be compared because they never compete side by side.

And here is my hot take: if there is no crazy dyno move, Ai Mori is the best female comp climber right now, ahead of Janja. If there's some hard dynos in the boulder problems, or the dyno crux is hard in the lead route, then Janja is still the one to beat.

i wouldnt say there is one because mens bouldering is so random, but he is definitely the most consistent
