I remember growing up on Cheech and Chong and how they were so controversial back in the day. You are getting some amazing guest Chris!!!! I remember me and my friends sneaking the VHS while our parents were up stairs. Just love learning about all your different guest and their background,. Since I drive to work now, I need to start listening to your channel on my 30 min drives. Tommy Chong is a GOAT for sure. After all these years, still an icon for sure. I can relate with my attention span being so short, that is also a reason why we keep our videos 5-8 min long 😀

Great interview Chris. Listening to Tommy brings back alot of memories. I'll never forget when my sister brought home Up in smoke on VHS. there was nothing like it for a teen growing up in the early 90's

Hey Chris. Great interview with Tommy Chong! Thank you! Its interesting to hear how much went into Cheech and Chong. I have watched Cheech Martin in cop shows some time after Cheech and Chong and you have to respect his desire not to be boxed into one character...but, its hard (for me) to see him in another role.

This is the most famous actor yet on your channel! I found it especially interesting in the beginning him telling us about his younger days and learning to be OK with himself. Wow, he sang like is was a rock star, 800,000 people! He is very funny especially talking about the frogs on the Discovery channel. I like his brand of hot sauce. Great stand up comedy team Cheech & Chong! Even Robin Williams recognized that!

I liked when he said that he learned to appreciate little things! I so much agree and relate with that! Practising gratitude it's life changing! I wasn't a grateful person but life made me become one! Great interview, very thought-provoking!

Wow this was such a great interview. I love that your interviews always sound like two friends chatting and are so natural. It made me sad to hear he didn’t have parents to rely on but it sounds like he made the best of a bad situation. He has learned to appreciate the little things and he sounds like a really humble person. Lol...why do I get the sense that you are the type of person someone would be talking to and next thing you know the person your are talking to starts opening up and telling you their inner most secrets? 😂🤣😂

Really interesting interview with Tommy! Really enjoyed learning how he and Cheech started and how they evolved. I will so have to watch their movies. Interesting how they couldn't use the word smoke without paying Paramount. So nice that Gerry Lewis complimented them too! That is so great that his CBD line is doing so well. Cool that they are opening dispensaries. Another great interview. You really are good at what you do and make your guests comfortable so they open up more. 🌼🌷😊

Interesting how their first movie was tied so strongly to Paramount that Cheech and Chong had to pay to have their movie titles going forward! Tommy's view on their split is interesting, too; not being able to see Cheech perform and not being able to help him by directing him as he had before.
