Yeah, she sucked!

This woman is completely out of her element.

As she insults them with her "frivolous" comment, they take it gracefully and fire back with humor. They endured a terrible interviewer and had fun in the process.

very funny, nice contrast between the reagan hollywood lady and cheech and chong, that's the way it was in those days. the generation gap was VERY wide back then.

Who was this interviewer??!! She was horrible!!! Extremely ignorant and tone deaf....and i'm being nice. They guys poked fun at her, kept it light and didn't REALLY react to her foolishness. For that they deserve the highest praise and respect, only adding to their legendary statut.

She is possibly the most condescending, closet racist interviewer, but this is how close minded America used to be. Now woke America would probably say Cheech and Chong are still degrading towards women, promoting drug use, and making Latinos look bad. But the truth is, these guys are both intelligent and the movies they portray you have to understand the humor. No it's not a good idea to hot box your car on a road trip and do several tabs of acid, but it's hilarious to see them do it and let's face it, we have all been in compromising situations at some point whether drug related or not, it's called living life. These guys are just having fun in their movies and giving people a good laugh.

For the love of god who was this interviewer?

I was a teenager in 81...and we KNEW the man was ..this F up...but we were told “you’ve got nothing to rebel against..yr teachers..parents..bosses..politicians are normal broad minded wisdom keepers of adult knowledge that you in yr moronic youth don’t yet have ...”. Am I right..and us kids second guessed our rebellion..but WE WERE RIGHT...the average straight adult world WAS fucked up....this interviewer from ..81.. is typical of that time...that’s why me and my buds turned to heavy rock and smokin and drinking and doin the basic job or welfare...and goin to gigs and havin our own band...I’m 54 yrs now..and I can look back at those times and know..me and my mates..WERE RIGHT A LL ALONG!!!even thou we were just kids..we were..snap! right on the cheeseball system.from Australia.thanks for posting man.
