Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

An in-depth tour of a legendary JDM Racing Constructor, Tomei Powered Inc. Last year they have celebrated their 50th year anniversary, a great achievement for an engine specialist company in that size. We really thank Yuki Sakurai-San for his help and giving us the tour around.

What amazes me about the Japanese tuning legends is their humility. Sometimes I wonder if they even know how much of a big deal they are overseas

@Adam Lolno I never really thought about that before but all the japanese are really modest about their builds and tuning ability.

People have clearly never seen their Ti exhaust in person or the quality of their products and welds. Best exhaust you can put on a VQ imo.

Underrated? Made in japan, made from titanium and the loudest by far. Besides the price they are on top with ets.

problem with Tomei is that... their products has been plagiarized by some unscrupulous bastards... fakes and probably sold all over. In my place, you could easily get a fake Tomei fuel pressure regulator and some other stuff which Tomei didn't even produce.

Bradford-San thank you for once again bringing a legendary Japanese name to life! For decades all of these names, Mugen, Tomei, Jun, etc were just decals on someone’s Civic or 240, but now we (at least here in the States) can finally see the people behind these amazing cars and parts! As a long time semi-pro racer in the SCCA and JDM enthusiasts I greatly appreciate what you are doing to bring these names to life and give credit where it is due! Thank you and can’t wait for your next video! BTW great jacket! Cheers!

WOW! I hardly ever comment on any video, but this was AMAZING! I hope someone who works/oversees work at Tomei sees this comment. I've never seen such high quality attention to detail, or care in the process of manufacturing any product. I know I'm American, so even after 15 years in manufacturing, I probably still know nothing (stupid fractional sizing system messed me up for life), but this was so eye opening. Thank you for bringing me this video so I have some serious eye candy. Also, the "old equipment" comments in front of the lathe were dead on. I've used many different lathes, mills, even some cnc lathes, and the oldest stuff (when maintained) was definitely quality.
