Why on earth are the guns blurred out? The guns are an important part of this somber ceremony. To me, it's very disrespectful to blur them out. It would be like blurring out their uniforms.

So it would not make sense for them to do this one out of the dozens of other ones that are not blurred out. KZread has no issues with showing guns in situations like this.

My husband wore a gun defending this country. I don’t understand why they blurred out the weapons. I am a Air Force Veterans widow, and I will always be proud he carried a weapon to protect us.

How shameful to blur the weapon that soldiers carried into war, to protect civilians, while then giving their very lives! How disrespectful to those that gave EVERYTHING for everyone

We went as a family years ago on an amazing bus tour of beautiful Washington D.C., it rained when we got to the National Cemetery but everyone got off the bus. It was solemn and back then everyone was respectful and quiet not provoking the guards for social media likes. The guards dedication is admirable and something to read about! When we boarded the bus the lady behind us was telling her young son what the ceremony was about and I could tell her voice was shaking, I should point out they were from Canada. Some gave all, some returned with pain and disabilities, but all should respect them and the our flag. YT stop blurring the rifles as adults we can handle it, it is what it is.

My father was on the National Honor Guard at Arlington National Cemetary back in the 40's. I have always been so proud of his service in the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi Daddy.

Disgraceful. Blurring out what is obviously a weapon, would be laughable were it not so disrespectful. It insults observers, certainly the sentinels and the families of all who fought in service to our country using a. ….drum roll………..gun.

Blurring the rifles does NO GOOD! You can still see them, as we SHOULD. They're traditional!

I can't be the only one who understands that the soldiers of The Old Guard are soldiers BEFORE (and during) their tours as Tomb Guards? Yes, they are the elite and have earned the Tomb Guard badge AFTER their tour is complete. Doesn't take away anything from this particular soldier for working through the injury, but he didn't enlist just to be a tomb guard. It doesn't work that way.

Why are weapons blurred?

Downvote for the blurring of the rifles. I have seen dozens of KZread videos of this ceremony, and none of them blurs the rifles. The rifle is a sentinel's symbolic honor to the Unknown, and to blur it is disrespectful at minimum.

They were identified through DNA evidence and other tests and were no longer unknown. The remains were returned to the families for burial.

Blurring out the rifles is disrespectful to the Sentinels and the unknown service members. How oblivious is it to show, at 16:00, a screen shot of Arlington, Texas instead of Arlington, VA? The Six Flags of Texas is in the middle of the screen

As a veteran myself I also find it an absolute disgrace and very disrespectful of KZread to deliberately blure out the sentinels rifle!! So KZread explain to all of us veterans why you took the time to deliberately blur out the sentinels rifle when we can see thousands of videos of criminals and terrorists with weapons in plain video view for EVERYONE to see?? The sentinel’s handguns are also blurred out. I remember when Sig Sauer built a new set (4 handguns) of highly polished M17 pistols and donated them to the Tomb sentinels. They are drop dead gorgeous gun porn.
