1.Recipe:
Ingredients for 2 pieces of 2 l jars:
Tomatoes - 3 kg.
Garlic - 2 heads
Sugar - for each jar, 1 tbsp.
Salt - for each jar, 1.5 tbsp.
Vinegar (70%) - 1 tsp for each jar
Boiling water.

2. RECIPE:
Tomatoes - 2.5 kg.
Bay leaf.
Black pepper.
Dill seeds.
Cold water - 2 liters.
Vinegar (4%) - 200 ml.
Salt (large) - 2 tbsp.

Filling:
Garlic - 2 heads.
Hot pepper - 4-5 pcs.
Mint - 1 bunch.
Parsley - 1 bunch.
Salt (large) - 1/2 tbsp.

✅ The lids of the jars must be tightly closed! Air must never get inside!
