kinda weak that he took it this direction tbh. i get its his "thing" to be the filth and be all xenophobic but i watched the stream live and it was just boring as hell the whole time.. if it was anything like how the TTT streams go it shouldve been a big blast w/ the whole gang but nope just him hitting zombies for 5 hours

​@@herbivorethecarnivore8447 I don't understand this insistence on blemishing the game, that presumably only those who have never even attempted to play it do so. Cataclysm has a lot of commands, yes, but there's a high unit of intuitiveness per unit of quantity, which makes memorizing them a simple and easy process, because most of the "actions" you can do are grounded in reality, and not only that but most of the respective keys correspond to the initials of their action (i.e E to Eat, i for inventory, R to Read, w to wield, etc.)

Besides the server obviously being in "Baby mode" I think the gang should have set themselves an objective like "We're going to take over THIS tower block in Louisville" so the gang had a location they could reliably find people at, like last time it was "We're taking over the country club!"

Honestly I loved the character creation portion of the stream. There’s something really entertaining to me about watching Tomato create a god by abusing the most powerful perks and also discussing his plan. Honestly makes me kinda sad we never see him theory craft dnd characters, but I understand why he wouldn’t want to do that publicly too much

i loved the carefully murder all the zombies in the contruction site part i kinda wish he would go back there to just slaugther all the zombies with his OP crowbar.

The idea of a "legitimate" zombie apocalypse is already pretty spooky, but the idea of them not being just a mindless "animal" on an un-ending hunt is terrifying.

All I can think about when tomato plays a game I see other content creators play is just "YES, YES, GOOD TAMTO GOOD, NOW MAKE FEEL THE SERATONIN MY FAVORITE CONTENT CREATOR."

this was was an awesome stream. always glad to see new tomato content, while i've been working late nights and on some scary times alone for hours. this hahah surprisingly helps a lot.

I love the overall arc of Filth in this vod. Just a demi god being blessed with impossible strength, speed, and vitality, but cursed to live isolated from anyone else. His sole purpose is to clear the zombie plague one head at a time, never encountering another living soul.

i was super exited to see that the intro was short, more gaming. been watching character creation for an hour :)

He has been playing tarky af as I know. Been seeing his clips in Daily Dose of Tarkov too. I figured it was the same person as I don’t know anyone else by that name.

I honestly do hope that one day Cataclysm graphically wise gets to the same point as zomboid, it would be amazing to see the abominations and other giant zombie mutants moving around but also trying to fight them with magic and the like...feel like its gonna be years before that point but it is something I hope for, for the game. Also from what I understand, unless your playing with a mod that changes anything short sighted, prone to illness are basically free perks and their base game so if nothing changed they are free as they basically do nothing that you already have to worry about, and prone to illness is only really bad during winter but can be negated with good clothing...and thats months down the line. Also there are hidden aspects to the traits but alot of what your fans said were pretty much incorrect....also I think they may have recently fixed short sighted, that or a mod I have do that.

The only thing that turns me off from cataclysm is the design of the menus themselves. Zomboid just has a prettier UI, both games are equally entertaining from a gameplay perspective in their own ways.

strippin has the full list, but if I recall it is, "More Traits" and other one being something "Traits Points Balance". I would argue that the point balance isn't really "balance" XD

This game is so good for RPing with friends.. but boy don't join rando RP servers alone... they aren't RP just a bunch of kids who want to bully others or are a more adult type of RP... also still a bunch of kids. :P
