A bunch friend and myself were extras for. Charlie Wilson’s war. Tom Hanks was the nicest actor in that whole cast. He went around saying good morning etc very friendly. He promised to take photos after the shoot was done. At the ending of the shooting ( last day working on set) most got on a bus to take the extras to the parking lot, as the bus was taking off, he ran after the bus and stopped it. He took photos , signed autographs etc. on the other had Julia Roberts PR person came into the Commissary and told everyone not to get close to her, do not Talk to her, do not take photos , do not ask for autographs etc. with Julia Roberts what you see is not what you get! On the other hand , Tom Hanks is the best! That’s why the public loves him!

Hanks is SO funny in such a natural way, and cracks like a whip.

I have been blessed by the evolution of Tom Hank's career unfolding in all it's complexity during my lifetime. I was there for the pilot episode of Bosom Buddies when he was 22 yrs old and I am here for this. I have seen him as everything from an unwilling transvestite to an abused aids patient and everything else he's ever done. This man well deserves a lifetime achievement award.

I love that he doesn't care about the accents!! He just goes for it, no shame.... love it!!

when Tom Hank's played the captain of that ship that was pirated by thoes Africans I was screaming bloody murder it was one of the most harrowing movies I'd ever seen. THE ending almost made me pass out. He is truly a gifted actor.

Had to be from sometime in early 2008 because "Charlie Wilson's War" was released on December 21, 2007 in the U.S. and in January 2008 in the U.K. But I agree, the person who posts the video should be the one to post the information on it.

that clip of Sleepless in Seattle, i never noticed before but you can see that every time the camera focuses on Meg its that soft blurry focus. anything else its focuses on is nice a sharp and clear. they use to do that A LOT in 50s and 60s film, you will see that actresses that are slightly older are always shot with that blurry soft focus while the rest of the film is all normal clear shot.

Easy for us to joke about it but very serious in its affect on its' citizens. Just very ruddy harsh. My wife is hungarian but from Transylvania in Rumania and her family had to flee from the persecution by Ceaucescu .These things go very deep.Bloudy politics.
