So you’re obviously in the camp of 100% she cheated if being “super confident” is a sign of her guilt. Her interviews flow well and she comes across as someone that’s trying to make the best of a really bad situation to be in. Personally I’m in the camp of I have no clue what the reality of the situation is but I think the only signs of guilt stem primarily from the real time hand footage and the flip flopping after the fact.

The way she played that hand definitely shows that she was not thinking about all these circumstances when she gave the chips back to Garrett. She not that calculated and got caught cheating and returned back the chips. She was not imitated or was shared that Ryan would lose a star played on his show.

Bryan could see the whole cards. Doug Polk actually did the best detective work on this whole thing. Why did she say no ? Also remember her and the cowboy have stock in this livestream. Her story keeps changing and that's the weirdest thing about this. I just figured she was stupid and made a clueless call. But since her story changed every 5 seconds then this Bryan guy steals 15 k off her chip stack which was 10% of what she won and she doesn't press charges. Then she wants to press charges.

yeah the 10% thing is weird I thought the same thing. But at the same time if you were to steal who would you steal from? The dumb lady that looks like she has 50 surgeries in the face alone and play like an amateur looks like she won't even notice. + all the players on the opposite side of the tables were gone so he could steal without being seen. And even the team in the backroom were probably not checking monitors so he just seized the opportunity.

The caveat that possibly exists here is that a lot of people follow and are followed by people they don’t really know. What makes this video frustrating is that she knew about Bryan robbing her AND was messaged by him BEFORE this video was created. I personally believe that she lied about thinking she had a 3 (because she lied about it after all the money was already in - therefore removing any incentive to lie about that during the game), but it is possible that she was throwing the rest of the table off. Maybe she was thinking about mucking. It’s possible, albeit highly unlikely. When she said that she put Garrett on an Ace, I also believe that this is/was a lie. However, there is the possibility that Robbi is just plum retarded. But if Robbi is retarded, who stakes retards for more than a $100k? And if Robbi isn’t retarded, who goes all in with more than $100k of someone else’s money when you have a 6-12% chance of winning? Who has ever referred to Jack high as a “pure bluff catcher?” Who has ever offered to return more than $130k (really closer to $145k) to someone they have (a.) legitimately beat and (b.) aren’t friends with? Garrett was right to accept Robbi’s offer. It is the closest we will get to an admission of guilt from Robbi. I didn’t know about any rectangular object. We’ll never know. I also didn’t know about Yorn, but this can also be explained away by saying Robbi is a ditz. Let’s see what her gameplay communicates in a true sample size. My last comment would be to say that I find it great that she is the total loser in this entire scenario. She was robbed of $15k. She owes the dude who staked her (or she did owe him). She’s the one who everyone will either not want to play with or who will annihilate her awful play if they can match her stack. She also now has everyone’s eyes on her, so it’ll be harder to cheat again. She also has to have it in the back of her mind that every game she loses adds fuel to the fire that she was cheating. If that doesn’t tilt someone (or make it easier to tilt them), I don’t know what would/does. If Hustler was smart, they would invite Will Kassouf to come and sit at a table with her. You know he would rip into her until she got felted or ran away. When I go to sleep tonight, this is what I’ll be praying for to Korean Jesus.

"There might have been other instances where they might not be able to convict him of" does this woman really not have any clue how our legal and justice systems work ? Cops don't convict you of a crime. They arrest and allege you did something. Then the DA's and courts take you to trial if a plea bargain or admission is not found. If they have evidence or suspect he stole chips from other players on other occasions, the Hustler Casino would have video evidence to either completely support that assertion or have video evidence to exonerate Bryan fully. The fact that he was still working on the night this J4 hand took place means Hustler has no evidence of him stealing chips prior to this night or they would have naturally fired him like they did the minute it was discovered.
