From his early days shining shoes in the dark saloons of Chicago’s South Side to performing with giants such as Smokey Robinson, Liza Minnelli, Natalie Cole, and Sammy Davis, Jr., sharing the stage with Tim Reid as America’s first-and only-black and white comedy team, and traveling the country as the opening act for Frank Sinatra, we’ll discuss Dreesen's unlikely journey to a fifty-plus year career as a pioneer of stand-up comedy and a legend of the entertainment industry.
