Yes!!! I just watched this video and my husband and I were practically yelling at the tv 😂😂😂 Especially when he came in from the backyard and said he’s going to walk through the house one time...and then just zooms in on the pool table lol!

I love the window walls and all that natural light! The dutch door is a really nice touch on this style home as well.

Three views from the entrance was a waste of time.

This is absolutely beautiful. Also, it looks as if there were two refrigeration drawers in the kitchenette downstairs.

This is a lovely home from what we could see but this wasn’t a very good tour. Maybe slow down and stop with the constant turn arounds.

I enjoyed the tour...such a lovely home and the view was awesome...I think in the basement their were two drawers that I think were probably refridgerated.

Very nice, the basement actually had fridge drawers in the corner so very nice basement, I wish it had a home theater, so I would take the 2 bedrooms in the basement and creat it there. Toll Brothers never disappoints, all there model homes are great across the country.

Really good home, You need to find a flow so as to avoid skipping things like the bedroom in the basement in this video. How about starting from the entrance going in each room at a time. I love toll brothers best builders

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The views to this home are amazing and the color palette they used stunning. Toll Brothers has outdone their self once again by far my favorite builder one day I will own one of their homes. Thanks for sharing this stunning property.

Beautiful home and scenery. One think I don’t like is the tv mounted over the fire place. Tv’s need to be mounted at eye level while sitting.

Am I missing something? Why didn't you show that last bedroom. Also could you show the house in order. It get confusing when you turn in circle or backtrack like that. Other then that I love you commentary and your suggestions about things.

Hey bud you got to slow down with your turns because to the viewer it can create motion just like someone who might have sea sickness. If you want to make sure the video is not to long then makes cuts if you can. Plus, I wish we could have seen two of the rooms missed and the outdoor balcony attached the bathroom looked cool from what I could see. Beautiful homes but just take your time bud.

There are so many factors when it comes to building a home just like this or similar, But with this property it’s probably somewhere around 300K to 400K in upgrades. A lot of the items in this home are outsourced and subcontracted out

Please prepare before your walk throughs, the sliding doors should have already been open, there was no reason to spend the first 8 minutes of the 13 upstairs in the kitchen going in circles. There was a small built in fridge/ice box combo and ice maker downstairs. Great house not so great tour. Keep working on it you’ll get there.

How did you miss that last bedroom? I was screaming at the tv! Please make sure you check off all the rooms. Also, this is such a guy thing, but every grill looks the same inside, don't need to see it. But beautiful house, thank you for taking us through it.
