Parts of this home are stunning. (can you say "dream kitchen?" lol) I like it when there's a definitive separation between the kitchen and living room, but still an open concept. This home does that very well. The kitchen cabinets and accent lighting are so next level great. Tons of counter space too. When I look at a kitchen, I imagine cooking Thanksgiving dinner in it. This kitchen is Thanksgiving worthy lol. The living room is adequate. Loved the ceilings. The rest of the house has a few things I'd change a bit, but first I have to ask, how do you get into the garage with a car? The garage door faces the street, but the yard has landscaping in front of the garage door, and I didn't see a driveway. I'm confused. OK, on to the rest. The bedrooms seem small. Part of the problem is that whoever staged them needs fired. That cumbersome canopy atrocity of a bed took up the whole room. You're supposed to be looking at the house and this room was stuffed and over done. The other bedrooms were too frull as well, so none of them show very well. The first thing you get told by a realtor if you want to sell your house is to de-clutter so it looks bigger. This includes too much furniture or big furniture, such as the monstrosity of a bunkbed thing downstairs. That thing was hideous and totally ruined the buyer being able to see that it was actually a decent sized room. I loved the theater room, but again, it was staged horribly. The sectional was set up for "Netflix and chill" instead of a couple rows of comfy, cushy sofas and chairs where people could relax and watch a game or movie. Plus the bistro tables in the back of the room were just stupid. Again, just staging problems. And finally...the back yard. It's absolutely perfect. The designer got everything you could possibly want to fit beautifully in a small space. It is spectacular! OK, you now have my opinion, for what it's worth. There were no deal breakers in this house for me, and that's pretty rare because I'm a bit picky. Have a great day and God bless. 💜🙂 Edits: Typos, spelling errors

Love the feedback! So on the garage - I have no idea why so many of the builders do this, but they always landscape the area and usually put planter boxes in front of the garage door. I get that the grass and color from the plants makes the area look more appealing than some pavers and an actual driveway, but I still thinks it's ridiculous that they do that because obviously when you buy the house it will just be a standard driveway and the garage door won't be blocked off like that. I'm with you 100% on the canopy bed - thought it was a poor choice to put in that room. Most all of the rooms were really a nice size, but some of them it was harder to tell because of the furniture they used. And that backyard is pretty much the backyard of my dreams! Hello Iam a new hete this whas a very amazing showing i love d every second of it is love toll brothers There great bilders I love how they make there houses I realy love the intrence With that beautyfull water fall I love the cort yard its very beautyfull I love the kitchen and the beauty full island its a enourmes kitchen And i live the dining space The living room is so spacious and i love the wall where the tv is i would put a big u form couch that makes it a litle bid cosy And i love the three panel sliders there enourmes i live the ones in the main bedroom to And that back yard is do amazing that fire place that pool that waterfall this yard has the wow factor i love it And the base ment is enourmes and its so amazing for your oldeer kids thank you for showing us this amazing home Have s nice day and take care Sincerely Anja

The backyard comes as a giant patch of dirt so if someone wanted to go with the minimal water usage approach that is 100% possible.

What is the flooring tile specifications?

They have many different options, and if you build from scratch you'll have the choice of what goes in. Typically it comes with a large, square tile as a base, and most people will upgrade that to the wood plank tile or something similar. The spec homes they've built that I have gone through all had the wood plank tile.

The base price is $883,995, but they're unfortunately no longer offering the basement option.

They call it luxury but it has old school forced air conditioning, this needs to be hydronic radiant cooling to be luxury!

This has to be a joke, with the interest rates rising weekly, it seems like a bad joke to advertise hones or sale.

Thanks for watching Gabe. Interest rates actually fell last week by the largest amount in a single day since 2009. The latest inflation data shows that its cooling, which if that continues in November should bring rates down even more.
