I love ❤️ this house. I love windows, glass, acrylic anything bright, I can see through and open. The only drawback for me is it’s only three bedrooms. Great job showing this one even though it was out of your element. Stay safe...many blessings!

With no upper cabinets, there is NOT plenty of kitchen storage space for one's needs. It is simply style over function. I agree, it is beautiful though. Also, great camera work!

In less than 2 years they jacked the base price of these up to 1.2 million from 850k.

Looks more like a school buildings I guess it's a modern design better than the churchie pointed look house is beautiful

I love a lot of the homes except for some of the walls. Textured walls, especially stone, and definitely in the shower, is not smart. Textured walls takes too much time to dust, and stone in the shower is ridiculous to scrub. So happy to see that they did not do the stone walls here.

I would love to do this type of build in a city like Atlanta or Charlotte.

This guy has great grammar etiquette! I've seen the other guys' videos and some of them are a whole different education of details and real estate terminology but all of that can be a waste when grammar isn't used properly. I love your videos. For the life of me, why does Toll Brothers put those beautiful closets next to the bathrooms? Moisture from bathrooms can ruin some materials.

@@fernandopetty9550 we are a minority family so in Utah some place where we would be ok if you know what I mean. Las Vegas I think we'd be okay. But a luxury home nonetheless
