Yes, that is a good move to assert our maritime and economic rights over and throughout our Exclusive Economic Zone. The Arbitral Ruling is our best document for this purpose. We, however, do not restrict the use of the SURFACE of the SEA within the ZONE for navigation, that surface being part of FREE MARITIME LANE for international navigation, but regarding the EEZ, we have the EXCLUSIVE RIGHT to use, explore, exploit, and benefit from it or all the "organic and non-organic" resources IN the water within the EEZ and those found beneath the seabed, and the exclusive control of such resources. Exclusive should mean "to the exclusion of other countries" in this respect.

Brunei, Malaysia, Vietname, & Taiwan also have EEZs that overlapped that of Philippines'. Vietnam & Nalaysia, in fact, have ongoing economic activities within those arras the overlapped Philippibe EEZ. No want talks about that. How are you going to impose your donestic law on them? Will Philippines has to act like China and keep thise other Asean countries out of its EEZ?
