Great Lecture. It's ironic that the greatest historic and present day geopolitical defense of Philippines sovereign integrity rests on the legacy of Western and American imperial documentation. For that reason alone, this evidence which refutes the latest Chinese empire's illegitimate and aggressive claims against the peoples of the West Philippine and Eastern Vietnamese seas should not be undermined by a would be hegemonic empire crying and whining about colonialism. Spain itself was colonized and occupied by the Moors for not a measly "century of humiliation" but rather for 800 years of same. The same is true and can be said for all of the Americas including the United States. The would be inheritors of the Manchurian, not Han Chinese built empire , the CCP's endless whining has no merit in the collective valuation of historical geopolitics.
