TODAY I LEARNED PRESSURE FLIP*
u cant lie that was a pressure flip... pretty much

Sasho Dotchev. is right, that was a pressure flip, if u look really carefully you can see that his front foot didn't really do anything.

As much as i hate to say it, that was definitely a pressure flip. Goto 4:34 and watch it at .25 speed. His heel does absolutely nothing. his front foot should be sliding off the front of the board just like a heelflip. I do a lot of nollie inward healflips and the sliding foot does all the work, some has gone for the few normal ones I've landed. I'm not talking out of my ass, i promise. Btw, the face he made after landing it was really creepy.

***** You see his front foot move towards the camera at 4:34. I would have to say it's an aided pressure flip. Somewhere in the middle.
i learned these regular and switch too!

Had a pretty crappy, anxiety filled day, but watching your videos cheered me up a little. Thank you very much, Mr. Kyro. Your positivity and passion for what you do really rubs off on me!
hey aaron i want to thank you for your videos because it doesn't only help me skate but it also helps me get through rough times i love watching them thanks a lot
The way i do this trick in a game if S.K.A.T.E. is that i do a Pressure Flip and then just move my front foot outward a little so it looks like i flipped it x3

Niceee, instead of learning how to do them the proper way, let's cheat so i can win this game of skate! so sad...
I love watching u learn new tricks aaron !
Aaron nice!!! You did great for Atleast taking one day or less to learn an inward heel that's why your my favorite skater because you have so much potential and confidence when you skate thanks for everything Aaron!!!!
'Today I learned' videos are by far the best, LOVING IT!
Arron I am progressing with my heelflips to. I feel you, it's tough doing mostly kickflips for so long. I got my inward heel a few days ago and am working on half cab heel flips. I wish the best luck for the both of us
It's super cool that you're replying to your comments! It's great to a popular youtuber interacting with his fans. Shoutout from your Virginia fans!
Aaron I respect that you tried to inward heel. I love your videos keep up the great work man
I find it MEGA humble of Aaron apologizing to all you people calling him out a million times after seeing people had told him yet you continue. Good job Aaron for the pressure, just give it another go for the inward heel though! No need to apologize to everyone also haha half the people calling you out can't inward heel themselves. It's cool you don't see yourself too high to recognize your mistake.
I love the little noise you make when you try to do a trick!
I really like these videos cus i can see common struggles of learning a new trick. Cant wait till you get to something really crazy
that was more of a pressure flip...

sorry man
Sick. You should make more skate supports with Lance. Seeing him progress so fast is inspiring.
I'm totally gonna try to support you in this since it was one of the first tricks I learned cause I thought no one had done it LOL, Flick your foot like a heel flip but more forward and up, not like down and back. You just have to super extend your front foot to get the shoe out of the way
Dude you are such a good skater. You have been my teacher since my first days of skating. Thank you for taking your time to make these amazing videos. I read some comments and I can tell some people don't appreciate your videos and that's mean as shit so I just wanted to let you know I do :) keep making more videos man your doing great!
Great motivation Aaron!
The way you learn tricks is just so cool
I learned inward heel my first year skating. My suggesttion to getting a nice solid slow spinning inward is: Have your front foot toes out the concave on the middle of the board, turn your toes slightly facing your other foot Pop shuv as hard as possible strait under you Wait for the board to turn 45° then heelflip. That makes a nice high & slow inward
Inward heels have always been good to me I learned me the first day I tried them lol they're awesome in games of skate since noone ever seems to have em :)
i use to point both of my toe tips a little bit backwards, it really helps for keeping control over the board
Ive always found inward heels kinda natural. They are by far my favorite trick to do and probably one of my best ones too..i have fakie big inward heels really clean but they arent as consistent.
These videos are the best!
The way i learnt them well was i did halfcab heelflips, once they were down its a perfect opportunity to do fakie inward heelfips because its the same board rotation without the body 180. Once fakie is down, you get so much more pop on inward heels!
One of my fav tricks :) aaron you should see if chris would do a turtorial on switch inward heelflips or nollie big heels
Aaron, it doesn't suck that is was a pressure flip!! I find them incredibly more difficult than inward heelflips.
Oh man, everytime i watch your videos i HAVE TO GO skate!! xD I hate youuuu so much Aaron

AWESOME AARON !!
I love how ***** (aka Aaron) is taking his time and responding to people, especially those who saw a pressure flip instead of an inward heelflip. Another example of him being a great guy. You're the best Aaron!
Dude why is everybody complaining about it being a pressure flip or inward heel..gosh people these days...keep up the good work Aaron @Brailleskateboarding
that was a weird ass pressure flip, try to actually flip the board forward with your heel. RETRY
@brailleskateboarding

ok I will
this is how I'm going to look when I try this later. Great video by the way🖒🖒👌
Good job do you think you'll ever some time In the future skate the LA area perhaps the valley ?
I think a good trick for Inward Heels is a late flick, and as you get better you can start doing them faster. It's one of the best examples of the 'Pop & Flick' method.
I do my inwards differently. at 3:28 you said you had respect for people that can pop it higher, all you need to do is just flick vertically with your front foot and not scoop as much.
@brailleskateboarding
10 жыл бұрын
I will try that thanks
It was basically a pressure flip with a bit of help with the front foot. You should do it again Aaron. Back foot in the back pocket like a front shove, scoop behind you more like a pop shuv and drag and flick out diagonally forward with the front foot.
Laughing because he grunts every time he popped the board xD
@leonwatkins5072

Bretton Lloyd that happens when u get older and skate 🤣trust me lol
When you bend down put your knees together or as close as possible. It helps allot from personal experience.
Aaron if you want to do this really easily without looking pressure-flippy just do a normal pop shuvit, but kick your front foot forward (not towards the nose, but in front of you)
but still, much respect for Braille Skate. This is where I learned my basic tricks, and the infamous kickflip lol. Thank you AAron
haha aaron was so excited that he landed it even though it was a pressure flip
Aaron please continue practicing those, that last one looked like a pressure flip. Think of it as the opposite of hard flip
Damn dude you learn tricks so fast I been stuck on inward heels for a while I think it's my pop that's not right
Aaron, a inward heel is a pop shuvit with a heelflip
Is it weird that i have this trick but no regular heelflip? Same thing with my switch frontside kickflip but no switch kickflip. Try to not scoop the edge of the tail so it doesn't do pressure flip and you have to flick like after you pop. I could try filming this trick later on (though i know mine looks hella sketchy). But I'll try after the storm calms. Peace! Love your videos man.
This is my favourite trick; I learned it the same day I learned heelflips.
Hey man, I don't have them yet, but Garret ginner is saying you should have your back foot in the heel-side pocket.
I pop mines do it is sort of vertical and give it a light flick down to make it higher.
you honestly make it seem so easy
I learnt inward heels and becoming pretty consistent with it, haven't learnt varial heels yet, lol
That's mad brother! You should try late heel flips :)
is an inward heel a fronside varial heelflip because i have those flips down
Awesome dude!!!!
Hey u should do a trick tip on how to do those pressure flips that u do all the time flipping ur board so that its in the right direction
that looked awesome
I need help with inward heelflips and hardflips , I can flip the board great I just dont know what to do with my feet in the air.....
I miss all these skate tutorials, and today I learned
sometimes what helps me if i cant land a trick i try to do it off a ledge. In your videos you have the bench behind you. If you stand on the bench and trick off it you might have more air time and can position better
Could post a video of how you would work through an ollie?
I love the sound he makes every time he tries
How long did this 5 minute video take to make? Another question how long did it really take yu to land this trick?
i'm getting a new board on the 25 of this month so i'm trying to learn more tricks
i like his little skate grunts. hehe
Holy shit you're progressing so fast with heelflip tricks, I wish I was like you haha.
the thing with inward heels is that everyone does them a little different, i flick way out like a regular heel, some kick at a 90 degree angle, it all varies.
did enyone saw a pressure flip on the last one?, aaron you must place your front foot like a heelflip, and more empty and the back foot like a fs shove it, that's weird but it works. try to do the "heelflick" immediately when you shov it and jump as you jump like a hardflip.
Haha great thumbs up for that :-) But can you also do a 360 inward heelflip like chris chann did ?
Isnt that a pressure flip?
hey i cant find the video of you learning the VARIAL HEELFLIP, that is the video i really want to see in this series :D love your videos hope to see more heelflip videos
Aaron what are good skate shoes
Weird, I put my back foot in the same place as a fs shuvit. If I put it like a pop shuv then the board won't flip, it'll just spin.
Pressure flip, as the front foot didn't flick hard at all.
that was pretty clean for your first one
If you can do back heels, throw it like that. Just start to do the back heel then rotate your shoulders back, it probably didn't make sense but it's the easiest way to explain how you're flipping the board in my opinion
You should make a series where you learn tricks down small gaps and/or stairs :)
Can you do an updated kickflip tutorial?
Aaron can you do a how to with these videos ?
aaron you should learn bs 180 heelflip those are way easier and more fun i learned them then inward and it definitely helps
@brailleskateboarding
10 жыл бұрын
stay tuned
1) groan less^^.. 2) pop higher 3) cross your legs especialy the front one has to move out sideways 4) turn them back while the heelflip turns 90° towards 5) catch the board on 90° towards direction 6) then finsh the last 90° and pull it straight in direction 7) check out the landing 8) ride away 9) feel good 10) breathe same thing like inward kickflips... and yes! there's a big difference between inwardflips and hardflips. inwards re drawn, hardflips re more poped, its a shame ppl dont use to say inwardflip anymore. nevermind I hope my schoolenglish could help ya, cheers!
The secret to properly flick an inward heelflip is to flick towards the concave while doing a sissor kick, your kicking out towards the nose and forward in a diagonal movement, flicking backwards only works for Fakie inward heelflips, if you do not flick towards the concave it pretty much mobs 9/10 times.
can you do a frontside heel video ?
More of a pressure flip than an inward heel
@brailleskateboarding
10 жыл бұрын
ok will do
I'm goofy too, but the way I do these is with my back foot like a front shuv for the really quick pop, and then shoot my front foot off the heelside of the nose, almost like I'm trying to kick someone in the nuts. The pop pulls it a little, but for me, these are all in the front foot.
Hey Aaron can you do impossible?
Looked more like a pressure flip to me
wow ive been skating for 7 months and i can hardlfip, inward flip, and sometimes lazer flip and this guy is just learning them
Try lazer flip
what you need to do on these are make the board rotate with the flick, so you pretty much do the whole trick with your front foot
Pressure flip. Aaron should know this and redo it!
Does anyone know the name of the background song?
i'd basicly try to pressure it more with my front foot instead of my backfoot and just kinda push it up and around. You just kinda fling your front foot away without it doing stuff while it's a big part of the trick
If you want to do a proper inward, you need to make the board do the whole rotation with your front foot. Just pop straight down and flick in front of you and up. It's magical. That works for me.
u should try double heelflips then backside 180 heelflip
sickest inward heelflip ever in the history of skateboarding!
What're the steps to learning a trick in this time
Redo! It's not a pressure flip to anyone who says it is , with your foot in the center of the board you do a circular motion heel flip and flick towards the leg you push with to get your foot out of the way
Can u do a inward heel trick tip cause i need help
