Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!
Subscribe, like and cook!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm milk.
200 ml of warm water.
100 ml of vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Add 130 g of flour.
Mix well.
Cover and set aside for 15 minutes to rise.
Add 1 egg white.
Add 520 g of flour.
1 teaspoon of salt (7 g).
Mix well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough well until smooth.
Cover with a lid or cling film and set aside in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
The dough should double.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces.
Repeat after me and you will be successful.
Shape each piece of dough into a ball.
Roll out the dough as I show.
Brush the dough with butter.
Repeat this process with each piece.
The process isn't fast, but the result is worth it!
In total, it took me 100 g of butter.
Put the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Roll out the frozen dough.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces.
Roll up the dough as I show.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Mix the yolk with 2 teaspoons of milk.
Grease the dough.
Bake in an oven at 180 ° C / 356 ° F for 30-35 minutes.
It turned out very beautiful and delicious!
