I suffer with eczema and I've found that applying vaseling onto wet skin, like after a shower or bath, works great. Obviously I can't speak for everyone, but it really helped me when my eczema flaired up. Wishing you the best ❤

yes, vaseline works so well. I have been using it for a long time, I would suggest putting a sweater over it aswell, so when you scratch its not as bad.

I've had eczema my whole life, I've found an oatmeal bath or shower works incredibly well. You're doing amazing, just take it day by day during these bad flares. Your baby loves you and you're doing incredible ❤️

The only thing that worked for my babies is using Aveeno eczema therapy products with colloidal oatmeal. Both the shower gel and lotion. Cleared all the eczema and cradle cap. And adding ground oatmeal into the bath. Just blitz in a blender and voila!

I wish I saw this during postpartum of my firstborn. He had severe eczema and we definitely weren’t prepared. The number of times I had mental breakdowns are just.. unspeakable. I often blamed myself for passing the gene to him. (I always felt guilty having to work and sent him off to the daycare. I only got 2 months maternity leaves 💔 Tried every products people have recommended, anything at all. That’s how desperate I was. I felt helpless seeing him having to suffer. He will wake up every 2 hours because of the itchiness. Glad that we found an ointment that suits him well (after 4 years). Now he can sleep through the night 🥺 It really affected me to the point that I was scared to have another one. I don’t want my kid to suffer if he/she’s having eczema because of my genetic. After he’s recovered, we try again. Guess what, my 2nd born also has eczema, but glad that it’s only mild compared to her brother. I’m now a SAHM, so I get to take care of my kids myself. I don’t know why, but I still have these tremendous guilt over my firstborn 😞 Like.. “I should just quit my job back then and took care of him myself.” and that I probably should’ve tried harder to find solution. I try to forgive myself, but I can’t do it completely.

Spray Essentia (alkaline water) on skin or diluted squeezed lime juice in filtered purified water. Let child also drink alkaline water or limeade with agave, purified water with capful of apple cider vinegar, mix well, drink early in the morning. Lots of fiber, green apples, prunes, snack keto toast with peanut butter. Older adults are on the carnivore diet, so is my small son. Key: 🔑Keep the gut alkaline and away from acidity.
