Some great takeaways in here. I especially like the concept of adding an expected result. That keeps the eyes on the prize.

Agreed. I really liked adding the expected result as well.
I’ve been enjoying your videos for way too long to have not commented before now-sorry. You do excellent work! Thanks so much for your great content.

🤣🍻😂 was about to comment the same thing
Super video as usual. I feel the video is an upgrade to getting things done. You are simply super in making all concepts simple and clear. Many thanks for the great work, keep it up👏👏👏
The ACE method sounds very interesting! I'll give it a try for sure. Thank you!
Thanks! Saved my precious money on buying the book.
What is that word for hitting a jackpot when you desperate for one!!! that would define the feeling when I found this video....make no mistake im a huge fan of the videos by you....helped me learn 100x than all the books (self-helps) put to-gether. The way you assimilate those gems and give them freely makes you a Teacher.
Thanks, found this useful! Will try to add the "commitment" & "expected result" to my todo system. The Zombie state graphic was 😂
I really liked the video! Gave me an idea for a new habit I want to develop. As far as expected results, I want to try and aim for outcomes that benefit everyone involved, rather than just one person winning and another losing. This way, I can control the situation and avoid things that don't benefit everyone. Not to say all situations need to framed in that way, but I think it sets more of a clear intention for me.
Fantastic summary as always. I will add the (A)CE method on how to write my todos going forward
This is so useful. Going to try it
I will need a to-do entry to setup such a big to-do system every day
Just discovered your content! I love the way you layout the summary with all the key takeaways and concepts so effectively conveyed with an insightful clear understanding of these important and valuable works! Thank you ! Subscribed🙏
ACE structure is great!
Great practical guide 💯
Hey thanks for this ... Need more book summary on Task management
Thanks for this
This was awesome! Thank you!
I truly love your content sir
Thanks for sharing your way of do it
Thanks for the video. I use Todoist. What’s in the book it has that system.
Hi Nathan! Just found your channel and love what I’ve watched so far. I have a question about your premium membership. Does that give you access to all your previous content (expanded book summaries) or is it just for content going forward? Thanks.
Wow loved this. Always enjoy your summaries so thank you! So is the Location label just one location, or do you do one for each location? And do you do this approach now instead of your Trello lists?
Appreciate your efforts.
Thanks
I´ve been following you for quite some time now. Thx much for all the knowledge imparted. Is there an app for the "To-do List Formula", or is there one in the works, or should one modify one's own organizer?
Question: what is the digital master to do system that you're using on you're phone? Great content, love your personal touch on these videos.
Really appreciate your content. May I ask you, do you use doodly to create your videos? Thanks!
🇧🇷
Imagine reading a 500 page book instead of watching this video
I pay insurance bills to the same company for my main residence and for my rental property, where does this task go under?
Excellent
You should make some shorts
Anyone know a good Android app to apply this system in?

Ok. But applying the system to tasks takes longer than doing the tasks. Lol

Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the ax. Improving your systems will benefit you the most long term 😉👍

It doesn’t, actually. When you first set it up from scratch yes, like any system it takes time. But it’s just that one time commitment. Once you start using the system(s), the time to maintain it lessens. Procrastinating on spending time maintaining the lists and actually finishing the to do list items is a separate but very real issue. 😅

Not if it's a task that needs to be repeated weekly or daily.
And now you have a todo list of todo lists of todo lists 😂

Tell me it makes you narky without telling me.
Sounds too time consuming, imagine planning a week takes half a day. Good system though but non practical for short term scope.

The time benefits gained through the framing more than make up for it. It adds maybe ten minutes to the previous scattergun to do list composition.
Straight lift of GTD, if you ask me. Context, versed actions, stated outcomes, all exactly the same with 'new words'. Plagiarism, almost.

Be careful throwing out accusations like that. This is very different from GTD. Nothing like as cumbersome.
