Spot on. Spent a few years doing emissions work and CARB is simply high as a kite. Total revenue hunt ad you called.. That state is sadly a lost cause. Look at a 12v Cummins and NV4500 for an FZJ80. Love your attention to detail. AMAZING!!

It is very unusual for a truck with so much Toyota history to have a GM engine, it is not about power but originality, that vehicle was never for high speeds but to have the power of any road, no matter how difficult it may be.

I paid to have someone put a 6.0L Vortec (LQ4) in my 1997 Collectors Edition in Savannah, GA. Expensive, but worth it for me. Would rather have an FZJ80 with more power than any other SUV!

Not putting the Toyota 5.7 with their 6spd tranny in it is SUCH a travesty. The Toyota 5.7 and 4.6 are the greatest V8 engines ever.
