Love a V8 conversion, looks & sounds great. Ronny, re the cup holder chargers: they're good, but divide the power going through them. I had 2 iPhones, a HX-1 & a lithium jump pack plugged in mine. After a 6 hour drive, only the phones were charged. Best used on things that aren't so power hungry.

He mentions the mechanical clutch cooling fan rather than the thermo fan. That would pull a decent amount of air in as well as air getting driven in around the lightbars when moving. He may even have ducting and shrouding to assist air getting past the lightbars. Nice rig!
