Definitely excited to see the swap on these! I built my own axles over the summer, kinda wishing I had done Dana 60’s tho. Love the videos! Keep it up!

Nice on building your own axles. Concerning mine it’s a D60 in the back while the front is a 44 hybrid with Reed outers and 35 spline rcv’s.

There is another option for the E brake I seen on genrights website a ball valve set up they use on their jeeps however there is a disclaimer this is not an e brake I'm curious what axles you bought to.

I know this is not axle comment, what radiator are you two running and have you had any problems with it? Thank you.

We will need to make a video about this topic. Talking to 4.0 engine builders such as Golen and New Comer Racing they vary drastically on the radiator topic. I lean more torwards having a good oem style radiator but that’s just my opinion. Video coming soon on this topic.

@We TJ and Critters Yep, I have been seeing this all over the web. I am running a 4.9 stroker and stay at 210 degrees. But even with stock 4.0 under load it would start to climb past that point. Even have new fan clutch, water pump, belt tensioner. Radiator is not plugged up.

Was starting to think the channel had died. Hadn’t seen a video in forever. 🎉. Jk track bar beef for the win

The front axle definitely put a damper on things.

@@RubiKidd06 your assumption on the track bar bracket is correct. Not sure what the axle width is you got but this is a very similar swap to what I’m doing in mine, jk axles under a tj. For rear parking cables I’ve heard that we can just use jk ones. Wether this is true or not I don’t know for certain.

@@jesterofatlas5749 63.5 width, not sure on the rear axle e brake yet since it’s a d60
