Been watching every match every day, love it, so exciting! Thank you so much! One critique may be to brainstorm and diversify interview questions. A good rule of thumb may be to avoid asking questions which are repetitive or whose answers may be guessed with almost perfect accuracy. For instance, “what’s your plan with the white pieces?” Will inevitably evoke the answer, ‘I’ll try to win, but my exact opening is a secret.’ Asking “how do you feel?” After a loss is perhaps insensitive as well as evoking an easily guessable answer, “. As an interviewer one has an amazing opportunity to evoke special and insightful answers, and I am glad to see when pride is taken in selecting insightful questions. Thank you again so much for the awesome content and production!

The game cameras are way too under-contrasted. Whites are showing up as gray. Frankly, the video production quality on the games throughout the tournament is not been done well. Turn OFF the HDR stuff. Also, the video is underexposed. The studio video is good, though. The exposure should be bumped up a tad, but overall the studio video is decent.

They've obviously been told to do this, but the commentators are full of such boring pop psychology and repetitive remarks about e.g. Magnus being good at the endgame that it's painful to watch with the volume on. Bring back the days when there were two channels, one for a general audience, the others for people able to follow analysis.

@@infinitrixtv5847 i think his point was Wesley is not a rival to Magnus. Messi Ronaldo gap was 8-5 ballon d or. But Magnus gap with closest rival is just way bigger and it's not even Wesley. Magnus has 15 world titles, and next best is what 2 or 3? Plus It's different people in different formats. Fabi in classical, Ding or maybe Wesley in rapid, and Hikaru in blitz. As Magnus himself said he has no rivals in chess.

  • @infinitrixtv5847

@@kunalsingh4418 Yeah but at this point, only Wesley So compared to the rest of the Chess Greats have the capacity to challenge Magnus and the only player to have won against one of Greatest of the Chess game. I think it is no longer about the gap between them, but if you really assess the gaps between them, it may look as if it was very wide but actually Wesley So is still pretty close to Magnus. He won a much considerable amount of games, and when you compare that to the next, it is the closest he can be to rival Magnus. Magnus says there is no rival to him. I guess he is really underestimating Wesley, Ding and Fabi. Wesley has surprised him so many times in games they face together. And Magnus as well were so sad when he always had to face Wes in the finals, and remember that online game when he got so angry when he lost to Wesley, that is memorable. These guys are true rivals. Of course Magnus says there's none, but the Chess game speaks otherwise.

Once again! Why a tiny board screen majority of time in the corner?? Especially during the critical few minutes of the game!🤬 Terrible match view, who wants see big heads at the board, which you can't even see. At least make both views 50/50. Too small to follow. Never watch it live just forward through the crap and noticed no change.

@@scrumpymanjack I actually like the commentators and everything about this format... as a viewer. Really the layout and technical errors of the stream is my only big concern. Like the unnecessary unused borders on all sides of the screen wth. Losing track of the dgt-board position and taking a ton of time to refresh the actual current position, but especially this small board in crucial positions, coupled with bad camera angles when it is applied. I feel like they have all the money and equipment in the world (even a contraption that moves the cameras for the commentators back and forth in a periodic manner, which is a nice touch, but probably not noticed by anyone and kinda unnecessary), just very poor planning/understanding of the viewer experience, which is why this is so sad.
