Titan dub baitfish by Niklaus Bauer

This pattern is a mix of two great one's, Robert Hansson's Predator dubbing baitfish and my Flash tail baitfish.
This fly is a simple pattern and it's easy to tie. Fill a box in different sizes and colors and you're done. If you want some crazy action push a Magic head in size R13 infront and you will be amazed.
Hook: Ahrex NS 122 #2-6 for shallow water, SA220 #4-6 Deeper water or fast retrieve.
Glue: Zap brush on, Gulff Ambulance red, Gulff Thinman
Thread: Textreme Power thread 25-50D - White
Eyes: Stick-On Eyes 3,9 mm - Pearl
Tail: Lateral Scale Small- Mirage Opal, Crystal Flash Small - Light Blue, White Pearl
Wing: Bucktail - White
Head: Predatordubbing Pearl, Titan dubbing - Baitfish Blend

Things are looking good for the 2022 seatrout fishing, I have been tying Robberts bait fish with great results, now this pattern comes along 🤩 our Irish seatrout love baitfish fly’s especially copper colour in late autumn, 🎣 tight lines

Nice fly.👍 i have a lot of succes with My spinning rod, with a White pencil sandeel from savage gear. And would like transfer this to fly fishing. I Think you fly would be the perfect match for me. Keep up the good work with the videos💪🏻😊🎣

Great Ty again! That would work in both lakes and rivers up here in northern Alberta, Canada! Walleye would hammer those in the rivers and Bull Trout would attack those - especially in a much bigger size (imitating a whitefish). Just tied your Hover x3. Keep the videos coming! I’d love to fish one of your flys!

i notice you dont add weight to the hook to help it ride properly . how do you stop the fly from riding upside down ? even when i add lead wire to the underside of the hook my fly spins over during the retrieve
