For this pattens it’s all about UV resin and a Wave tail, and the result is a killer pattern for Asp or other fast swimming minnow eating predators, but whatever you do fish this bad boy fast and hold on to you rod.

I realy have to try these on German and Danish baltic seatrout... thanx!
Innovation in fly tying seems to be coming from Sweden 🇸🇪. Aggressive Predatory fish are the most fun to chase with a fly! Keep the videos coming Niklaus.

Thanks man 😉
Has everything, good trigger point with the eye, fluttering action like an injured baitfish, even causes disturbance......great idea
Simple flies are often the most productive. Great job
Really a very good idea to make a pretend spoon for trout. Brilliant thanks for the demonstration.
Finally something I can tie
This seems a very good idea for ASP in our river Elbe here in Hamburg. I will try this fly for sure. Thanks for showing. tight lines
Nice fly, good compliment in the flybox!
Flyfishing is getting closer to spin fishing 😅, very cool fly.
Good idea Niklaus, easy flys are often better than difficult ones😅 i like😀
Always nice with some new inspiration, tips and tricks. Now shoot the movie fishing it!
Cool idea 👏🎣🤘
Great fly, could be something for big brown trout in Mjøsa, Norway
As simple as it looks deadly. I would just be stoked to try one of these at the river Rhine for Asp and Perch. I'll bet in slomo retrieve it'll catch Zander too 🎉
Great idea Niklaus, thanks a lot for sharing.
These would have worked great when we were up north last week for pike! Just placed my order for materials. Going to make a box of holo silver and holo black . I bet they would be the best option for an ad lib Alabama Rig for bass!
Where can I find those wave tails? Looks like a pattern that could catch all kinds of fish.

Thank you for the great video. Where may I purchase these wave tails in different colors. I will fish them for smallmouth bass and panfish. Happy New Year to you.
Cool idea. Thx for sharing.
Fun pattern! Will have to give it a try for mackerel
Ok, I get it! Now I have to try making them! Thanks for sharing!
Supercool - it just might get cast to some local steelhead and salmon
Neat fly…bit like the spoon flies used for Redfish in the Southern US…I can imagine it has a good action in the water and should be effective for any minnow eating predator fish.
Really looks Killar Nick! Thanks for sharing
I can’t wait to find and tie these!!
nice and simple!
Pretty cool idea. Been trying to make spoon flies with different plastics lately, but this looks like a more convenient approach. Thanks again for another great pattern.
Brilliant. 👏
Interesting looking fly. I love the simplicity!……. Thank you Nicklaus!!! 👍🎣
hello Niklaus ; one only word BRAVO

Yup. These are going to get tied for some Texas reds. I like the length compared to the traditional spoon style flys and the flexible resin idea. Long time lurker on the channel. Keep up the good work!
An Awesome fly - thanks for sharing with us, I have a feeling this will be a hit with the bass when they’re feeding on baitfish. I just happen to have a couple sizes of Pacchiarini’s Wave Tails - can’t wait to tie a few and give them a swim. Always looking forward to your tying and fishing videos. (From the States).
thinking these are going to catch me some barred perch here in California...thanks for showing this to all of us...........
Very cool and simple fly! Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic idea well done
Very creative fly Nick. Looks really good, thanks for sharing. I'm always looking forward to your next video.
Brilliant Niklaus 👌 need to try them here in Scotland for sea trout, they remind me of the silver Abu zeppo lure
Looks great! Thanks for showing the technique!
Very cool man! Might be fun to use for big browns after dark as well!
Must be a total Slayer for fast Summer Sea Trout Fishing.👍✌️👌Thanks for sharing Mr Bauer 😁
Greatly explained again and great way to use stuff in multiple ways
Has to be effective! Easy to say even without testing. Hovering specs must be good also
Looks great!
nice! thanks for sharing, will definitely tie a few and test. For me it boarders the line between fishing with a spinning and fly fishing - kind of entering the space where I would try to protect the understanding of a traditional fly vs. lures I used when fishing with a spinning rod. Perhaps one could also add more material to it to make it look more like a traditional fly, like marabu or other fibers) but that will come with others trying to create their own flies using this as an inspiration. Well done.
Always innovative!!! Very very cool idea!
It wil bi nice to try dem on Stevens klint
Best fly spoon
🙌
Fun use of the wave tails!
Nice.!! I would like to try those .. Great video.. Thank You..
Awesome idea, definitely could see those working well for large mouth bass under marinas in the US. I assume you have a micro swivel somewhere in the leader. If not, please explain. Thanks, and great gulff-ing?!
Simple and effective! Smart fly
I‘ll give this one a Shot. Great idea and a easy tie/glue 😂.
A very cool fly. I am going to tie some for BC coho,if i can find Wavetails
Great idea on this. I can't wait to try it out.. thank you for all your great content.
that looks super good. As a person who does spin fishing for sea trout also, this fly looks very similar to spin baits. Have to try them
Really cool fly! A must try for both seatrout and perch 👍🏻. Would probabley work for pike with a XL tail to 😊 Härligt och tack Niklaus 👍🏻🎣
Great tie and great fly. Reminds me of the old school silver spoons used for jigging walleye and striped bass. Have to give this a try on my vise. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Very cool! Will definitely try this on asp!
Riktigt coolt, ännu ett steg av Herr Bauer 👍💪👌 Man tackar återigen för inspiration 🤗🙏
that looks lethal!!! i bet it would would great as a teaser, i know my seatrout would nail that 🔥🔥
Häftigt🤩😍. Såg ut som mycket lim på insidan, det förstör inte gången?
Snygga flugor som alltid, lär funka kanon på havsöring på Gotland!
Nice Idea, mayby i'am try it
Nice "Tie"😅 I have tied Spoon Flies, but I like how you used the different resins. I have only used Loon Flow on the ones that I have tied. I would love to win some of these🤞
Those are a great idea thanks for sharing that they are cool
great looking fly!! would that be a good fly to use for trout fishing in the smaller size?
Think these might be really effective in my local waters.
Grym! Ska absolut prova denna på öringarna här i havet.😁
Nice fly, I will try it.
Nice fly.
Love it. I can imagine like would love this as well. How large have you tied this? Also, how did you cut your fin pattern?
Nice fly 🤠
Supercool🤩
Striper would blast that thing. 👌
Nice glue fly.
nice 😀
Cool, would like to give them a swim in the estuary 🏴
Please set camera closer the fly when u tye
Var sugen på fluga asp…
Great fly. Do you think it will work for Snook?
BAUER!
Thanks again for nice video... indeed not for puritans. And I like this the way your videos made and exolained
Hello Daníel, have you tried using the " fly-skinz" or the " frantic tails" on any of your flies???
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Интересное решение !
Sorry if answered somewhere but what is your vice setup?
What is the name of the wave tail holographic material , I live in the US and I can't find what you have , most of what I find is a type of foil . Do you have a brand name I can use to find it ? Great fly
