#Tired

If you’re consistently waking up feeling tired or fatigued even after a full night’s #sleep, you might find yourself asking ‘why am I always tired?’. The truth is, certain lifestyle factors such as too much exercise or periods of #stress can make you feel tired all of the time, however, your fatigue may also be caused by an underlying medical condition.
To navigate to specific points in this video, see below:
0:15 - What does “being tired all the time” mean?
0:52 - What causes being tired all the time?
3:25 - How can I get tested?
3:47 - Other symptoms?
Fatigue can be a result of a number of different health conditions or illnesses. If you feel as if you’re always tired and it’s not a result of any lifestyle changes, you can check in from home with LetsGetChecked’s range of #wellness tests including our Vitamin Test, Thyroid Test, and Diabetes Test.

I literally rather sleep or just lay in bed all day everyday then anything else. The thought of plans, appointments, leaving the home causes me so much distress and I hate it

My tips: - don't oversleep. Don't sleep over 9 hours in one go - but rest when you need to. Don't overwork - get out; get enough sunlight. - ease into exercise - have a healthy breakfast early morning (before 9am) - don't stress too much about vitamin intake. Take what you need (check blood) - meditate. Reflect - there's more to life than what we see ❤️

I have exacly the same problem. My bloodtests were good but still i am so tired. So the doctor doesn’t know what to do and he makes it seems like I am oke. This is too big of a problem. Nobody sees how you are feeling except your eyes. If you have a big wound people see you are hurt but with this it is internal and so people make you feel like it is in your head. I don’t know what to do I have this since I was 15 ( now 21)and I still remember the day it happened. I just woke up and felt really tired. I have never feel well rested since. If someone knows something, all the advice helps

Both my husband and I have the feeling of being tired all day long. We wake up at 6am and go to bed around 10:30pm or even 11:00pm. That's 7 hours of sleep and we feel so tired. We are young. He's 20, I'm about to turn 22 this year and we both feel as if we were 60 years old. We won't exercise because we feel so tired due to the schedule that we have to keep up every single day. We have been told our blood work is fine and we don't know what else to do. Nobody believes us, they always say we are too young to feel like this.

Stop living life the way the government wants you to. Seek happiness, it wont come to you, trust me. Eat healthy, the way you are supposed to and make it your normal lifestyle. Take care of your body, don't rely on substances, maybe caffeine thats it. You have to get over a hump for exercise to make you feel good about yourself. You'll feel like shit at first but after you get over the hump you'll feel great and your body will benefit from it. We aren't meant to sit around all day like fat pieces of shit and eat bad food and feel like shit. Changing isn't easy ill tell you that much lol but otherwise you'll feel like shit. Back to the happiness thing, seek it and do what you love to do. Depression could be caused by living a life of constant unhappines and could even be whats making you feel like shit. About the best advice I could give take or leave.

same, I'm only 19 but wake up at 5:30 and work 6-8 hours on my feet all day. Plus the stress of talking to people cus I work in fast food. I eat as I usually would, but I'm so mentally and physically exhausted, my calves tighten up all day and the last thing I want to do is exercise when I get home. I never get enough water so I'm even more tired. People say I need to be active, and I really want to exercise again, but I literally am so drained.

The reason we’re tired all the time is we’re spread so thin as working people that we don’t have the time to truly take care of ourselves: move our bodies enough, eat the proper foods, balance our family lives, etc. The way our society is built has made us fragile and something has to be drastically changed about the way we live our lives.

You know as a kid we use to have nap time and I remember I didn’t care for it that much because when you’re little you have so much energy as what you do when you get older. I remember a long time ago when I was in high school and I was choosing electives. The counselor told me I had to choose one more. So I said how about nap time and yes it wasn’t on there, but hey what’s wrong with a great recommendation! I was partially joking but partially serious about it. I miss nap time😓and kids nowadays don’t understand this. But sleeping is really important. It’s not being “lazy”. Your body needs sleep in order to function and have enough energy the next day.

when depression/ psychotic events are long term and pills fail to treat it - depression/ schizophrenia / chronic fatigue could be down to the instability of head so called craniocervical instability. If you are hypermobile ( check what Beighton scale is) then more than sure your ilness is down to it. The best option is to buy cervical collar . Aspen Vista seems to me be the best. Please ,please check what EDS is and what craniocervical instsbility is. Due to poor oxygen levels ,depression, schizophrenia occurs and pills do not help.

Oh, dear! The doctor looks so tired himself, and he doesn't speak clearly--plus uses the phrase "tired all the time" far, far too often--and I'm falling asleep just trying to follow his video. WAIT! I WANT to fall asleep, so I guess I should listen to this!! (as I yawn my way through it)

If you are too exhausted to talk to your own friends. You could be battling depression. Try praying.
