Hey Phil. Find one of your local tire shops and ask them if you could buy a wheel weight puller and valve stem puller from them. Might make things a little easier for you. Might have to ask a few different shops

Great to see the progress. A big chunk of the tires is done and you have more space cleared up. Area around the workbench is looking great.

i'd say about a 1,000lbs.,but they need to be done, and 68 more sitting around the yard that also need to get done, prepping them ahead of time will save you time in the end.great video

I think you would need a mist lubricator in line on your air to the tiremachine. That would help it run more easily. That was a tough jobb. Robert Sweden

When you are rotating to take first bead off, its very importan to push down the tire on opposite side. This to give space for tire to strech inside the rim.

Man that is a bee hive tool😮they are used to scrape wax and pry frames apart,do you keep bees too? You do it all! You can do an engine swap in little red if she finally gives up they aren’t very hard all the stuff I see you doing I’m very confident you could do it.

Processing more than 50 tires on a semi automatic machine is a back breaking job. I am sure your back and shoulders are sore with so much lifting. As you prefer variety, your options are 1) To process your neighbors frames which is less stressful on your back and shoulders, 2) a microwave video. It will be only be wrist work and not much load on your back. 3) Or for a change you can do a HMS rim yard run, tire rubber disposal and all remaining bottle run.

I finally got to watch this video. That red tank does the job. I have to know what pressure is it set to? My big tank is factory set to get to 150 psi. I usually shut it of before it gets there. 150 psi is a scary high pressure.

What pressure are you using on the machine. I found a manual that specifies: Air Source The RC100 requires a 5 CFM air source at 150 PSI. The safe operating pressure range is between 110 PSI and 175 PSI at the machine. For motorcycle and ATV tires, this pressure should be regulated to 90-100 PSI at the machine. You work hard but this underpowered machine is far from efficient..

You still don't have enough air the machine will never work properly if it does not have the air to make it work and when you were taking the bar off it should be only the end that is in the tyre not a quarter of the bar that is not making your life easy you need to get the air situation sorted out otherwise you're making more work for yourself
