how are you finding the phrozen mini 8ks? its been absolutely perfect so far i couldnt be happier with it.
Is it possible to cast the threads and save an additional machining step? If yes, would there be some limitations?

They can be cast but they would be dead soft. Which for a thumb screw isn’t ideal. By cutting the threads we had a slight work hardening effect.
