Good advice!

The day you set your bronco next to a jeep wrangler and pull back the carpet in the rear and see the chassis is identical will make you realize you bought a wrangler with a ford motor.

I have a question for Victoria: Can I hug you? Anyway, I love her approach to the whole customer side of things! It's so important to get in the mind of a customer to maximize satisfaction. Because a happy customer is everything! If you can't make your customers happy you don't have a business. Love the thumbnail too! She looks so tiny 😂😂

Avoid the stealership at all costs

I walked into a new car dealership, and got greeted right away. Felt free to just look around. Went to a used car "ONLY" dealership, and no one would talk to me. Went to another New car dealership, and no response from anyone. I even walked into the showroom and looked at salespeople who looked too busy to deal with me. I had my jeans on, and what I thought was a nice shirt. Anyway, went back to the first dealership, dropped a LOT of money on a brand new F-150. I could have paid cash for the used truck at the 2nd place then and there! Needless to say, If you don't try to at least acknowledge your customer, you will lose possibly the best sale you made all week!

Yeah unfortunately it's common in all retail settings today, hence why I buy half of my work boots online... I used to think that I had to always try fit before purchasing but retail people ignore you like you have the plague... Sorry about their poor judgement

I like my 2008 dodge ram mega cab it’s a 6.7 Cummins. I want to put a compound turbo on it. It has been deleted it’s got a straight pipe from the turbo all the way out the back and I want to put a long bed on it And it’s got a leveling kit on it and I like the track as a job gets her done and I can rely on it and it has had some hiccups three-quarter ton now want to make it a one ton

Dealerships have EXTREMELY HIGH overhead and they have to make a profit on all their transactions!!! For her to be saying it's not fair for a dealer to tell a private party they won't buy their wreck and turn around and just absolutely rape them on the price they will pay, it is astounding!!! We get this is a business transaction so don't sugar coat it more than what it really is! Private parties should never sell their vehicles to dealers!
