I use the same steps but with household items... dawn dish soap to get all the ink off, bleach for the emulsion, and paint thinner for the for any left over residue, lastly dawn dish soap to degrese and leave to dry. it has worked for me for about 3 years and my mesh last me about 6-8 months before remeshing my frames.

At my work, we use an Emulsion Remover, then a chemical called Screen Rejuvenator to help get the ghosting out. Then stage two, we wash it out with screenwash, then degreaser. not sure how much of that is necessary, but by the time we get to the degreaser, there is zero ghosting left.

  • @joselitoyuson7733

Here in the Philippines, we only use zonrox bleach as a stencil remover. Then rinse it with water using just a spray bottle, but it is better with the pressure washer. If a stencil is still left in the screen, we apply lacquer flo by wiping it using a round rug. This will soften the hardened emulsion and also remove any ghost images left on the screen. I don't know why people are telling everybody that there will be oil on the screen, but in my experience, I haven't noticed. Maybe, the oil will exist for those who are using machines. For safekeeping, I will wipe the screen with lacquer thinner. This is to finalize the reclaiming process of my screens. And then the screens are good as new and are ready for another battle.

Thanks for your answer. Always a pleasure to watch your videos ! We have special degreaser for screen printing in some shops here but they are liquid and not solid like your pink stuff. Maybe the liquid one will do the job but it will certainly be less easier to apply on the mesh.
