whats the best way in photoshop to turn the black/grey into other color? Say i one to see the picture in white and red, how do i set up that color instead of black. Thanks.

There are a few ways to do this! You can play with the tint and saturation and warm it up or cool it down to try some colors, or you can also try messing with the color replacement tool, or you can create a hue/saturation layer, depending on what photo I think its best to play with different options and find what looks best!
