Tip to clean perforated leather car seats- P&S Xpress interior
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Interior detailing is an essential aspect of car maintenance that often gets overlooked. One crucial aspect of interior detailing is addressing spills inside the car right away. Whether it's a coffee spill, a food stain, or any other liquid mishap, taking immediate action can prevent permanent damage to your vehicle's interior.
When a spill occurs, it is vital to act quickly and efficiently. The longer a spill sits, the more likely it is to seep into the fabric or upholstery, causing stains and odors that can be challenging to remove. By addressing the spill promptly, you increase your chances of successfully cleaning the affected area.
One effective method for cleaning spills and stains on perforated seats is by using P&S interior cleaner and a toothbrush. P&S interior cleaner is specifically designed for automotive interiors and is safe to use on various surfaces, including perforated seats. It effectively removes dirt, grime, and stains without causing any harm.
To clean perforated seats using P&S interior cleaner and a toothbrush, follow these steps:
Start by vacuuming the seat to remove loose dirt and debris.
Spray a small amount of P&S interior cleaner onto the affected area.
Gently scrub the stained area with a toothbrush in circular motions. Be careful not to press too hard or damage the seat.
After scrubbing, use a microfiber cloth or sponge to wipe away the excess cleaner and dirt.
Repeat the process if necessary until the stain is completely removed.
Allow the seat to dry thoroughly before using it again.
By following these steps, you can effectively clean spills and stains on perforated seats using P&S interior cleaner and a toothbrush. Below are a list of products used in the video. @theragcompany @PandSDetailProducts @DetailedImage #asmr #relaxing #cardetailing

Thank you! You make that look easy.
Mate, amazing! I too have watched all the videos that want you to poke out the individual holes. I thought about using a toothbrush; my son vomited all over himself and my back seat today. After seeing this, I am so stoked I won’t have to do the whole every angle hole thing! Legendary! Thank you so much.
Wow! That's great! Thanks for this!
That does look MUCH better!! Thank you!
Great tip ! thank you

Great video! Thanks so much! After doing that technique, would a shop/car vac help to get the additional particles out?

Absolutely, although I would recommend for you to put the attachment with soft brushes onto the Shop-Vac

I recommend using your cleaner, letting it sit for a bit then using your tornador to blow it out.. so much faster

What do you recommend using after a leather conditioner clogged the holes?

If I may ask what leather conditioner did you use?
Thank you. Can you use the same fluid for tan leather?

Yes the product can be used on tan leather
I used cleaner inside and Leather 2.0 from Carpro. I noticed that the refrigeration got worse. The holes appear clogged. Any suggestions on how to clean it?

The products used in video are specifically for clogging of the perforations but in more severe cases you can use Steam but you have to keep the steamer moving and keep the steamer at a distance. This will loosen up more of the dirt and then follow up with the toothbrush like in the video
Thanks, the 1st video I seen they wanted me to poke it individually lmfao

do you know how to remove perfume stains on perforated leather? it looks like dried glue
@illusionzauto

The leather may be damaged at that point. The only way to fix it would be by an upholster.
Hope you get a laugh out this one , I poked out each one of those holes in almost all 4 seats today with a toothpick !!! , 3 hour wash turned into 5 hour wash ! Bro where did you get the brush !!!!????

I would have the ventilated seats blowing out while doing this.....
@illusionzauto

If you don't mind me asking are you referring to using compressed air?
@davidbloomberg9494
Жыл бұрын
No, the little holes are for heated or ventilated seats. Just thinking if you run the seat ventilation while loosening the tiny plugs, you might help get closer to 100% clean out....

Those seats suck air, not blow

@@Codeeeeeehmm? Not disagreeing, but mine is heated AND air conditioned, so I think the air conditioning does actually blow out cool air. But, 🤷♀️.

@@thibodoux they suck hot air off your body with a vacuum, giving you a cooling effect. Ventilated seats are vacuum powered. Do you have a thermostat for your seats and a compressor?

Use toothpick. Takes less time. Then spray and brush again.

I would not recommend using a toothpick because it will either widen perforated holes or push the dried-up spill deeper.
Stupidest seats ever they need to stop making these like this

I agree. Once they stop making perforated seats, you will no longer have messes like this that seep down through the holes
