Do not be impressed by your own good. Some get mad at advice and criticism. We all should question ourselves! Being conceitedness spoils our deeds, if we think we are successful how can we seek it! there was once a time Umar gave advice to Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him and Abu Bakr, and he was ignored but right, there was ayat on that. Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Follow the right course, be devoted, and give glad tidings. Verily, none of you will enter Paradise by his deeds alone.” They said, “Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet said, “Not even me, unless Allah grants me His mercy. Know that the most beloved deed to Allah is that which is done regularly, even if it is small.” - Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6467 & book of heart tendering, - Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2818 10 :00 - Imagine throwing a gift at one, we worship Allah and are to still be humble! All Sahaba feared hypocrisy! Umar was told he was going to jannah. When Hudayfah was told secrets of the Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him, people would see who he prayed Janazah on to see if they were a believer or not. being passionate isn't being Arrogant. Umar Radiyallahu anhu was very strict. There are people who speak well but work towards wrong ends. Abu Bakr was told he will enter Jannah. but he still asked to learn new dua. Ibn Taymiyyah, a true ally always asks Allah for forgiveness and repentance. If Allah gives you strength to do good deeds, and have fear if your acts are accepted, this is indication your acts will be accepted! 20 :00 - Aisha reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about this verse, “Those who give what they give while their hearts are afraid,” (23:60). Aisha said, “Are these ones who drink wine and steal?” The Prophet said, “No, O daughter of the truthful, rather they are those who fast, pray, and give charity while they fear it will not be accepted from them. They are those who race towards virtue.” Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3175, Tafsir AStagfiurallah, yet there are ppl who do bad and say how do you know what's in our heart. We must all fear Allah! Be moderate, be worried about yourself, accept and give advice and be strong with what is right!
