Thank you! 😀 I was hoping to see this model at the festival & it did not disappoint. I saw the youtube video of Randy making the changes to the stairs on the fly & it came out really. The loft is pretty spacious, I think you will be pleased.

The last house from ITH was the best. It had everything (like washer, refrig etc..) so you could really see how you can live in it. I think it was the only one with a ceiling fan, which is a must have. 🙂

Yea, 'The American Dream' RJO was very impressive in person.

I"m shocked that some of the ones of the tiny homes that are being displayed are 29&32 hundred thousand or higher and don't have a better full kitchen setup i still like Randy Jones and Amanda tiny homes out of Tenn.but looking around to see whats out there is good to do.

I don't know what is going on with the editing software that I'm using. The setting on my GoPro is set on cinematic 4k and when I export the video to youtube something changes. I've had to change the quality to 1080p HD when I'm watching the videos back. I'm still trying to figure it out. Thanks for watching & commenting!

The 59k home, Dragon Tiny homes, whats up with the exterior ??!! All dented looking.. That thin metal roof IS NOT secured the correct way!! The edges do NOT hang off the sides, they are supposed to be folded over the edge to prevent high winds peeling it off like a sardine can.😮 Price wise thats still high..especially how it looks at the moment..

Do you have video of the self-sustaining model and the skoolies?

Unfortunately no. The line was so long for the self-sustaining model that by the time I got to it, I ran out of space on my GoPro.

I just saw a youtuber by the name of 'The Rambling Peach' upload a video of one of the skoolies that was at the tiny house fest. The skoolie I actually toured and the owner is currently selling it (if it hasn't been sold already).

I'm not a builder but as a customer anyone would want they're money's worth. It didn't say the size of The Fairfax for 29,950, inside is nice but I dislike the wheel well bump outs, not sure where to get 1 half legged table to place on it, the kitchen area is too small where does the fridge go? Inside done nice on walls but Randy's RJO's is better and cheaper. The 20 ft Element for 32,000, inside is horrible, basically a plywood shed on wheels even the numbers of it is showing, for that price it should have been sanded off or turned around before putting on the walls or painted, the only thing it got going is a loft but that ladder is crappy looking, the kitchen is a joke in there as well, is that supposed to be a washing machine hookup or for a dishwasher, either way once again where does the fridge go? Randy's is way better. The Vista for 89,950, no size on that one either, kitchen is more functioning but sink size needs to be bigger, the stair storage should have doors for that price, and the stairs going up to the loft should had been painted darker so when showing no one will see scuff marks. Would have been better with no window where the fireplace is, so tv can be mounted above, maybe window behind the couch if someone wants one. The blushish Big Heart Build for 49,999 discounted for 29,000, kitchen counter should have been a little longer or the window moved over, placement of fireplace and tv with the window above is off setted needs to be aligned, the plywood stairs are awful, also no doors on it, looks like you had someone who couldn't build made it, is that reason for discount lol, the small RV like tub should be in every tiny home showers, always feel as though the shower will have water everywhere, really hate wood countertops for kitchen counters and sink is too small and far back. Now for the affordable? No size or price ugly yellow color rusty container home with the wallpaper coming off, the Container Highlife, it's more decent than the others because of it's sturdiness, but back door should have been by the bathroom on the opposite side of the kitchen instead of next to it, dislike the step up to bathroom is that for plumbing? So when placing couch near the entry doorway in the living room area the couch is facing the wall across for tv, so the window there needs to move over even with door entry not off set, then the back door on opposite side can be a small area to place a bed, with the bathroom being where the door is that leads out towards the back having a second exit is good. 2nd container? Name, what size? There could have been a wall placed there to separate the living area from the bed, I like the L shape kitchen some tiny homes should have them, not too crazy of those type of stoves. ITH's 8x20 would only change doors dislike glass doors of any kind and no butcher countertops, would prefer the new metal paneling, brick wallpaper looks great, need to find where purchased. The American Dream set up is beautiful, rather the vent above the stove be placed somewhere else and not shoved there under the stairs and have a different type of stove not the flattop. I wonder if the door can go at the other side instead of the window by the stairs, then have the kitchen on the opposite side where the door is at now, to have the vent free from the stairs.

The Fairfax is 8' 6" x 16'. The 2nd container is the "Pioneer Pod Model". I believe it's 8' x 40'. The 8' x 20' incredibox was being sold by the owner. Her number is there at the door to her incredibox in case you would like to find out where she bought the brick wallpaper. I'm thinking it's probably on Amazon.

17:44 These are all very overpriced compared to other tiny houses of comparable size and the condition of some of them is questionable. Are they repos?

I don't think they're repos. One of them, the incredibox, was a resell by the owner because she is moving.

Where is the kitchen in first on.

Not there. But there are appliances that are a combo sink, fridge and cook top you could put where the table is.

The Vista, 89k😮😢!??? Omit the stairs offer a chair lift. Lower the ceiling above couch, create a stand up cat walk in the center going from one loft to the other. Stretch unit longer needs more room in living room instead of being butt up against kitchen.😅😮 Then price 89k might be worth it.

The Vista, which is 8.5' x 24' felt pretty spacious on the inside. I liked that it had the double lofts. On their website it starts at $74,950. Not sure if they are customizable to make the changes you have suggested.

I don’t know what it is but these homes didn’t have the normal quality of ITH. I think it is the lack of wood inside.

The last 2 tiny homes were the incredibox & the american dream from ITH. They're built from the esp panels .

Big heart built blue tiny 29k, after sinking another 10k in it, it would be right. Poorly slapped together craftsmanship, to the caulking, those stairs!??? Cheap thin metal strips, wood strips to fill in areas, thin flooring on top of steps??😢😢😢😢😮😮😮 That butt ugly notty siding...😮😢 I'm betting the windows are not double or low e, either?😮 No venting of any kind, bad idea for moisture build up - mold.😮 No hood range to get cooking smells out?😢 No stove top?😢

Turn down the volume if it bothers you that much

ITH tiny window seat turquoise one, is it that price because of the ugly horrible job at the ceiling line, metal flange pieces all with gaps, the wood trim doesnt even cover it?? A meant to be a sleek home with the "new panels" - (studless fastener screws) it WAS fantastic until that big eye sore sheetmetal sticking out beyond wood trim.😮 ITH's quality is much much better than this...this must be a pre-owned home, leaked? Easy fix - (Cosmetic appearance) ???

The incredibox, 8' x 20' for 41k is for sale by owner. She was actually there at the festival & her number is posted on the house. She is selling because she is moving.

@ListedInTheSouth Turquoise accented tiny "IS" the new panels, no visible screws. The ceiling inside where walls & ceiling join the strips of metal sticking out behind the wood trim, it's very obvious in video that panned from loft to living area. YES, very much like container homes #1 & only factors; durability, longevity, mold, rot, bug, wind, fire, disaster proof.
