Of course, we are interested in what you are doing in your kitchen and entry with the Tim Holtz Collage Paper. lol The book is of a play! Very interesting! The little girl could be daydreaming about a beautiful garden instead of being pressed down by it. :-) You really have an eye for being able to mix color to match other colors on the page. So talented! Enjoyed this video! TFS

My interpretation of the spread where the little girl sitting in the dark on the playing card was that she was dreaming of flowers in color. Amazing spread Susanna! Louise I really like how you incorporated the boho birds in your neutral journal. Very brave of you, especially adding the pink color. I now am craving German pasta 😂 I’m going to have a go at making some. Yummy 🤤

I love Susannes beautiful colorful flowers and her butterflies and that little pensive girl that lives in sad world of muted colors and dreams of a colorful world full of Pink flowers and butterflies. There is room in world for both, the muted shades and the vibrant colors. All colors are beautiful, each with its own grace.

I have a thought on the card with the girl on the page with the colorful flowers. I think this is the story: this little girl, who is not what she wanted to be ( a TH paper doll), lives in a muted world and dreams of being in a world full of color and surrounded by beauty everywhere she looks. She’s so absorbed by this dream that she misses the beauty of the reality and the ordinary that’s around her. Moral of the story, cease the day don’t dream your life away.

Yes, please share your kitchen project. I was fascinated by your reaction to the little girl card/page. My feelings as well. I am not terribly fond of traditional pastels. I prefer what I call Swedish pastels which have a touch of gray which, I think, makes them more sophisticated. I had a real problem with orange. With someone’s suggestion, I don’t remember whose, I made color boards on Pinterest and pinned images I loved with only each color onto its color board. It was a fantastic exercise and I came to embrace orange. Thank you for another awesome video! ❤️ Shirley
