I doubt Tim will get a 170, let alone they are all preorder and sold out and they have a sales clause in the contract, kinda like how ford did with its newer GT models. My uncle preordered a Demon 170(also a current demon owner), and his email from dodge is pretty straightforward and they spoke about the Demon 170 having a limited 40 cars that will be completely factory unlocked

Nice on the 170. My uncles daily is his demon(190k miles) the pre ordered his Demon170. If I’m not mistaken from what Dodge said in an email to him, only 40 are going to be completely “unlocked” for purposes of not voiding any warranty with upgrades and it seems that they will have a little bit more power and torque as well

You need a mechanic ahop for the bags, the autobody shop for the kit and a vinyl tech for the wrap. Wrap needs a clean room to be installed therefore there wont be a one stop shop

for the air bags i recommend air lift performance they have the best air suspension in my opinion

As many burnouts as Wes does on a regular basis, he would know what the HP feels like and what a vehicle with certain numbers attached to it should be able to do. If something is not adding up, he would know by the feel, the handling, how fast the tail end whips around in a circle. That guy is amazing. :)

This car MIGHT be a little over two tons if it had all the bells and whistles and had the Towing Package (which it obviously does not) but I REALLY doubt it. Check the actual facts about that Muscle Car versus the facts about TANKS while you check yourself. I think you have mental problems if you have to be such a dick about what I pointed out to Tim. You should go have that looked at.

This vehicle was a test vehicle for Chrysler. The thing on the back is a fuel drain for testing with different fuel types and the tubes are for emissions testing. The reason why they "gave it to him for free", is because they cannot legally sell test vehicles. My guess is they let him borrow it and gave him 10 grand to modify it to see how owners would modify them. Either for their own aftermarket parts development or to see if people can get around the codes for warranty purposes.

I love watching people trying to figure cars and car lingo out for the first time, you can tell when they are genuinely interested in the cars and car culture and I know Tim my trigger us sometimes but bear with him guys, not everyone grew up around cars from the beginning, there is an infinite amount of information to learn about them.

The 170 is already coming with a wide body rear but narrow front end. Enjoy it. It will be worth more eventually

If your gonna get an aftermarket body kit whoever you have put it on make sure they really know what they’re doing because once they start there is no going back and a hack job wide body install has a lot of nightmare stories if you dont do it right or cut corners

it's not really "wide body". It's fender flairs. Dodge just calls it wide body. You'd need to cut into the fenders and bring them out a good 3-5 inches + then you're lookin at gettin about $4-5k wide wheels to fill the gaps
