Listen to this over and over. I sold over $700.000 last year. Ea sale averaged $ 300.00. I used what Tom teaches in every sale

The words on physical and spiritual fitness is why this guy is way beyond the rest. He understands that selling is the transfer of energy and those with great energy will be the best at selling. Not those who know what to say.

How would you handle this situation: I took on a part-time job trying to sell cleaning services (Furnace, carpets, upholstery) to people in Home Depot. How do I get people's attention to take a few minutes to talk to me about the service?

@@kurtsakslsvideosaks9185, It was really hard to get people involved in a conversation. I probably had less than a minute to talk to most people. That job only lasted for about 2 or 3 weekends.

@@derekspencer100 Yeah I've seen that. Pretty brutal unless you can find a quick hook line to reel them in and Costco doesn't want you chasing them down so it limits interaction time. Good on you for even trying that job!

It is easy to believe that in his hey day, Tom was a master saleman and sold a house a day in real estate. He smokes Grant Cardone as a salesman and has the numbers to prove it.
