yes but a relay probably would fail since the peak current is extremely high. Plus a relay is less precise in turn-on/turn-off

I'm watching from Russia. Well done! Simple and clear! You can modify it a little and make a similar circuit completely for 220 V. Then it will be a pulse relay with one-button control! The author, instead of a mechanical relay, it is much better to use a triac. After all, as a key, a triac is much more reliable than a mechanical relay! And you can make power for the chip from a low-capacity "quenching capacitor", a bridge, a smoothing capacitor and a Zener diode to the desired voltage. Try to refine it according to this principle, then I will adopt Your scheme! And yet, there should always be a standard scheme! Preferably laid out separately or in the video itself, at least for 5-6 seconds. Then it will be considered a full-time job, and this is already professional and high-quality! Sir, what will happen on a time delay circuit if electricity flows back before the delay ends? Do it turns off then immediately turns on or will it continue to be turned on? Please really need a feedback about this scenario.

read the datasheet 5V is rather low some have had problems at 5V check the CMOS version what current does the load need???? ALSO not thet the 555 output voltage is 1 to 1.5V LOWER than the supply voltage

@@omshivtiwari NEVER trust YT videos! ALWAYS READ THE DATASHEET!! Ti recommends a bypass cap and.....10 Layout 10.1 Layout Guidelines Standard PCB rules apply to routing the LM555. The 0.1-µF capacitor in parallel with a 1-µF electrolytic capacitor should be as close as possible to the LM555. The capacitor used for the time delay should also be placed as close .....

Yes, you can calculate this using 555 equation: Delay time=(1.1×R2 in ohm)×(capacitor value in F)

How to make it automatic? Circuit which you made is manual, we have to press button to start the circuit. How to make it automatic? I mean 15 to 20 seconds in normally open and 15 to 20 seconds normally closed relay mode? And it should happen infinitely vice versa!

To set the time to 3 minutes you should put a higher value resistor for the timing. to change the power to 5v you need just a 5v relay. all other components are fine with 5v

Not required as you are using transistor. Please check the collector current limit of transistor

check the datasheet. I think the formula is t = 1.1 x R x C but there is a limit .......large caps have leakage so the resistor has to supply current exceeding the leakage

It's the capacitor slowly discharging after being charged up with the button press, it's an extremely basic 555 circuit. Google other NE555 circuits for ideas

I need on timer circuit for automatic water level buzzer siren for 30 sec When float reach full it will triger to circuit and buzzer need to ON for 30sec AND buzzer need to auto off and after that water drop the limit again again need auto start da above programm sequrence of logic

@@kennmossman8701 im trying to make a tactical flashlight for my shot gun. It's easy to source 1.5 to 3v batteries. The push button needs to be momentary because it needs to be a "shake awake" and keeps getting activated as it's being used or carried but needs to sleep when inactive. It will help at the tactical range. I'm printing the body when I get my circuitry handeled. I haven't gone to electrical circuitry class for 15years, but recently just aquired soldering equipment and components... just getting back into things. I made a delay start and a delay off both with a 555, but I'm trying to make one that does both with just one 555 timer.
