I really like the reflective material as I live in Alaska and we have dark daytime use in the winter.

6:10 i think the velcro on the rain fly is meant to be attached even when using it.

Hmmmm I like the idea of a rain cover that fits. Especially that there are front pockets, though kind of defeating the purpose of easy access. Shouldve been waterproof instead, but the cover fits great compared to other rain covers

Disappointed they couldn’t add at least a couple more zips inside for internal organization

New sub here. Loving the content of both channels! Would love to see more gear reviews of small packable items that would be great for travel or day packing. Like the lume cube or the air deck. Keep up the great content!

Have anyone used timbuk2 bags? Heard their quality are substandard where the weaves would come out after a few months or heavy usage as compared to better quality bags like AERS Daypack

I have a few timbuk2 bags (authority, spire, spirit) and have experienced Aer's Fitpack 3. Overall, Aer is slightly better quality than the off-the-shelf (aka, non US-stitched) bags that I own. I wouldn't call it substandard; they are exactly the quality I expect at the price point. My primary bag was the Spire for 4 years. Still looks essentially new; it's been my one-bagger choice due to the depth and rolltop, and has also been my go-to carry-on if I do have luggage as it can compress quite a bit when not filled. Still looks good as new, sans a few scuffs on the TPU-like material that are par for the course on any TPU-like material that's been rained and abraded.
